Dontae sighs and looks around the ship " Well I guess all we can do now is wait, I doubt that they will attack us at sea" Dontae then walks over to the main mass and lays down he put his hat over his face " Let me know when we land on the island Mr. Killua" Dontae then begin to doze off...

Finally in control of his emotions, Jace was back on his feet training. His recent battle with Feng had made him give some thought to his fighting style. He didn't excessively use his devil fruit power because the bear's aggression all too easily mixed with his own and sent him into a bloodthirsty rage. So, he would have to capitalize on the skills he possessed in his human form to be able to combat those with skills like Feng's. Jace knew his current style of fighting relied a lot of speed and strength, but not a whole lot of skill. Sure he was good, but when the going got rough he always just used his incredible strength to just beat back down his opponent. Feng, with his own devil fruit, had proven that this strategy was ineffective.

Jace shadowboxed while he thought. His arms were a blur as he danced back in forth, faster and faster. Finally he stopped, sweat pouring down his face, and he sat down on the deck, crossing his arms and legs in front of him.

I need to be faster... Jace thought. But I also need skill. What kind of skill can I use? Hmmm... He reached back and pulled out a photograph. It was a picture of his family. There was his mom and his dad and there he was, somewhat bloody, but smiling proudly, holding up a trophy that he had won in a boxing competition. Jace smiled at the memories and then put the picture away. He had trained so hard for that tournament and had won only through sheer hard work. Jace jumped back to his feet and continued shadowboxing, a determined look on his face. The answer was out there somewhere. He would figure this out the same way he always had.

The pelican flapped its wings to the side as the crumbled ball of paper flew towards it. It looked at the thrower and squawked angrily, before flapping away. It was going back to its masters, The Sentries. Their ship wasn't in sight yet, but they were surely following. It was apparent from the message and the pelican's appearance.

They would continue following the crew until the next island. That was certain. A crew couldn't disband on the sea, so they would make sure the Desperados did it on the island. If a fight would happen, it would be there...

Nearly half a day had passed without much activity from the Sentries, and Avis began to grow bored. While she understood they'd be at a disadvantage if attacked at sea, but waiting for excitement to occur wasn't particularly fun either. She continued to stand near the front of the ship half-asleep until a silhouette caught her attention on the horizon.

"Killua, is that the island you were talking about?" Avis called out. It probably was, since the cold winds were giving her goose bumps already.

Kilua was using the binoculars now to look out on to the open sea. He was starting to feel the weather change slowly. The weather was steadily getting colder. They were very close. "Captain. We should get some warm clothes out, not that ill need it, yay for snow."

Kila jumped down and ran foward "LAND, I SEE THE ISLAND CAPTAIN!!!!!!"

Jace dropped out of his fighting stance when he heard the shout. He walked over to the front of the ship, near Avis, and looked at the island. He could also feel the temperature beginning to drop. Hopefully the weather wouldn't get too bad. Then Jace turned around to look back at Killua.

"What do you know about this island?" he asked.

Dontae was awake for several hours he was at the back of the ship training for hours by himself wanting to to help out in there next fight instead of being the back up all he could think about was watching Jace put his life on the line fighting that man, Dontae then continued training, he heard everyone at the front of the ship and wanted to go talk but he wanted to be stronger and faster next time. He walked over to some leg weights and puts them on his legs he walked over towards some other weights and puts them over his shoulder, he then begins jumping in the same place up and down...

Killua then looked at the island , he was watching with is binoculars and then began drawing something "Judging from the lack of air pollution, this place is uninhabited by human life, its very cold , so i expect traditional winter animals to be around, oh that would be so awesome if i can see a penguin!!!!" Killua was very excited, he had never been on a winter island before.

He then noticed something else as he was drawing on the map and using his binoculars. " Oh, there's a huge mountain in the middle of the island, most likely its even colder up there, i think the weather could get worse, blizzards seem common around here, due to temperature and unstable winds. I still don't think the temperature will get any worse than this, but still it wouldn't hurt to be careful. SO CAPTAIN, whats the order?"

The Crisis was nearing the island, and behind them, appeared a ship. It was not a pirate vessel, but it was not marines either. It was a customized vessel, with no flag. The vessel kept after Crisis, obviously following the Desperados ship. They had to be the sentries.

Dynar noted this. "That has to be their ship." He looked behind behind them. They should dock soon. This would probably end in a fight. They would not disband.

At least Killua seemed to be enjoying himself. Avis, on the other hand, didn't find much consolation in the possibility of sightseeing. There might be time for that sort of things afterwards, but for the moment she was cursing the cold and lack of civilization. A sudden burst of wind sent a shiver travelling up her spine, and she immediately began rubbing her hands together and blowing on them in a vain attempt to warm up a bit.

"Fantastic..." Avis muttered inaudibly, a slight grimace crossing her face. They couldn't possibly hide on an uninhabited island like this; there weren't any people to conceal themselves among, and the bounty hunters could easily follow their tracks in the snow. Even if they could hide, it was only a matter of time before the cold got to them. While she would have preferred to avoid a fight, since pirates really wouldn't gain anything worthwhile from defeating a group of bounty hunters in the first place, it was probably inevitable.

"We'll have to opt for Plan B, and beat the living daylights out those Sentries before we perish by blizzard or hunter," she stated plainly, without much foreboding or disappointment. "Split up into pairs like Dontae suggested and make yourselves scarce for the time being. Let's at least try to end this quickly, before something bad has a chance to happen. There will be might be another time for penguin watching after we're done cleaning up."

Killua saluted in a funny stance and then said "Aye ,aye captain!!!" He was now beggining to steer towards the island, he set the ship down to dock in the area near the edge of the south side of the island. Killua was happily looking around and shivering at the same time. He looked in his bag and took out his mothers scarf, he wrapped it around himself and was smiling, this was a way of remembering how warm his mother made him feel. He did miss her alot. He then walked around the ship a bit "Are we going yet? hang on, whats that smell?" Killua smelt something weird, he then went to the edge of the deck. Was he wrong? Was there really people living here?

The winds had deceived them, blowing all signs in the air of civilization far away from the Crisis. The wind was behind their sails, and blowing in their direction of travel. They could now see past the mountains, and a few buildings were to be seen on the other side of the island. Surely, most of the community was obscured by the mountains.

"Should we dock there. There seem to be people around there." Dynar pointed at the buildings on the other side of the mountain, accentuated by the frog pointing his head at the same direction.

Jace didn't have anything else to change into, so he did the next best thing. A moment later, a hulking grizzly bear stood on the deck of the ship. Jace's flak jacket and boots were lying on the ground next to him. He couldn't wear them while in his completely bear form. He sniffed the air and growled. What was that smell?

"It's hard to believe there are people mad enough to actually try and live here," Avis responded, rather impressed with the sheer resolve that would be required to remain in such an area. The climate would definitely discourage an enemy from attacking, that was certain. Whether or not pirates would be welcomed, however, was a completely different matter.

"Should we pay the people of this island a visit? We need to get into a better position somehow, and being in the area with heat and food wouldn't be a bad idea. Maybe we'll even have enough time to grab a bite to eat while they're looking for us." While her stomach was primarily the one doing the talking in this instance, it was a more pleasant option that gallivanting about the wilderness without any idea to where they were going. "Let's get a move on already, at least, before those Sentries show their faces."

"We're here." Dynar said as the Crisis hit the docks. "Big city for such an island." It was cold, but the city seemed rather prosperous, extending about a quarter of the way up the mountain. The frog seemed unhappy. It was cold for an amphibian. "Aww." Dynar frowned. Luckily, there was a large sheet just for this purpose, which he ran to get. The frog seemed to light up, now warm.

The ship followed them, swiftly docking on the other side of the dock. Someone jumped off, dark haired and ponytailed man, wearing white robelike clothing with a few black parts. He had a katana by his side. He had to be a part of the Sentries. He shouted to the Crisis. "Avis Ridley!" He spoke, addressing the captain. "Have you considered? It would be good for your health." The man was threatening them.

Other members showed up on the deck of the Sentries' ship. A fishman of some sort. An apron-clad blonde woman and an extremely large man with a pelican on his shoulder. There was a red haired girl among them, brandishing a hammer. Then, a dark skinned man with small wings appeared. And finally, a dark haired tall woman in a purple top. 7 people and a pelican. This would be no cakewalk...

Killua did not expect a city here, he was now feeling really down that he had got that estimation wrong. He was now wondering if the others felt as if he was incompetent in some way. Even as the child he was , he was feeling insecure at this point. However he did not have time to think too much. Some guy was talking to the Captain. And Killua could see the mans friends as well. They looked really cool to Killua, the guy with the pelican looked awesome to him as his eyes gleamed in excitement. Who were these strange looking people.

Naito jumped from the crow's nest after a short nap feeling the cold weather and shuddering a lot he stood behind the crew which was jumping on the snow. The swordsman looked around and saw a big city which kind of surprised him. This place was weird.
Naito was fully feeling the cold all around him, he only wore some vest, short trousers and wooden sandals.

He continued shuddering holding both his arms as a parallel to their ship a man yelled at their captain. The swordsman simply raised an eyebrow while his teeth were chattering due to the intense cold. A crowd of people went behind the yelling man facing the crew of Avis and they did not seem friendly, at least that's what Naito could feel, along with the cold.
He touched the tip of his black katana just in case.

Avis stared at what appeared to be their leader without much interest. She was expecting the man that sent the threatening note to be taller, more intimidating. Truthfully, she was slightly disappointed. Walking over to the edge of the ship to get a better look at the lot, she casually leaned against the railing as she looked down at them.

"I'm afraid I haven't considered it one bit... And it might be a better idea to worry about your own health instead of mine," she responded crossly. "You should have just kept to the ominous notes; you appeared more threatening then."

Jace jumped off the ship and landed in the snow. It was cold, but not to cold. He looked at the people who were threatening his crew mates, and he fully expected the bear in him to immediately try to kill them, but the bear just kind of felt...tired. It was a bizarre and yet incredible feeling. A sudden realization made Jace almost feel giddy with happiness. He was in control. There was no aggression, no absolute fury. Jace figured it must be the weather. The bear in him probably wanted to hibernate and that was keeping it calm. Well, that just meant Jace would be able to fight at full strength now. His lips curled back in what looked like a menacing snarl as he faced down the Sentries, but it was actually just a very toothy grin.

Let's see what I can do now, he thought to himself.

The man held a hand out, signalling every civilian to keep back. He drew a blade with the other hand, and his hand began to glow red hot. The glow ran down the sword, making it look like it was being worked by a smith with a furnace. "Then we will take you out the old fashioned way." The man stated plainly.

He leaped, reaching amazing heights, halfway to the ship's mast from a standing jump. He turned the sword, at the apex of the jump, readying for a sideways slash as he started to careen at Avis, slashing right to left as he reached striking distance in his distance, aiming for the chest with the red hot blade.

The others didn't attack yet, but readied to do so, with the pelican sliding to the large man's hand his hand and him pulling the arm back as if for a throw. The woman in the apron pulled a pair of cleavers from somewhere and the man with the wings drew a staff from his back. The fishman smashed his fists together. The short red haired one raised the hammer and only the dark haired girl didn't really do anything. Nevertheless, even she looked ready to fight.

Jace didn't waste a second. As soon as the man wielding the weird sword attacked Avis, Jace ran towards the remaining enemies in the area. He scanned the group quickly, looking over their various weapons. His choice wasn't hard. With a roar, Jace barreled towards the fishman.

He's big, he's strong, he's MINE! Jace thought to himself.

Up close, the fishman seemed very... flexible. Apparently, he was a sort of octopus fishman. However, as Jace leaped the gap, the fishman leaned backwards, as if falling. However, suddenly, the fishman seemed to get.. painted over by the planks of the deck him. There was no thump and the fishman was nowhere to be seen. As Jace landed, the dark skinned winged man was on him, swinging his staff down him as the others stepped to the side.

Jace saw the staff incoming and he rolled to the side, transforming into his human form to make himself a smaller target. Jace landed on his feet in a crouch, one hand pressed into the snow in front of him. He kicked off the ground, transforming back into a bear, aiming to slam into the staff wielding winged man's chest.

Killua was ready, as Jace ran across, he decided to wait. And thenwhen the strange wing guy came, he knew it as his turn "AS SWIFT AS WIND!!" He dashed and appeared with Jace "Let me help a bit Jace senpai!!!" Kilau extended his leg getting ready for the power kick "INVADE LIKE FIRE!!!!!!" HE slammed the kick into the man with wings aiming to kick him back.
