A Normal Person can run 100 meters in a few seconds.

A Meter is like 3 1/4 Feet.

100 Meters is like 325 feet.

Skywalker defended by using "Element Lightning!" Lightning came down and struck Skywalker and creating a protective field of lightning around him, annihalating anything within 50 feet of him, instantly. "Game Over! Way Over!" Including the arrows, which are within 50 feet of him.

((Use your common sense, do you know how powerful a lightbolt is, much less as powerful as 450 million volt one? It should be powerful enough to destroy anything close to it, mere arrows are insignificant when hit by lightning.))

(common scense tells me that you struck yourself with 450 million volts of electricity once it hit the ground it would be grounded out. if there were water it would travle that way. but as far as what your talking about science wouldn't allow it.)

((Actually it would usually create an electrical field around the thing it struck, filling it up with electricity and shocking anything that comes into contact with it. The Arrows would be fried once they reach the electrical field.))

(the electrical field disrupt electronics or anything that runs on electricity would be strong enough to fry electronics but other than that it wouldn't work. say if i were in an electrical field i could get charged but i wouldn't get electricuted unless all the charge left at once.)

Yes but the lightning basically hit the arrows too. Your underestimating the power of Roger's lightning too much. Enel was invincible. It's not normal lightning, this is not the real world. This is like Super Lightning.
