Johnny, or Johnny-san, as he is usually referred to, is a tall man, about 6'5 to be precise, with a slender yet well-built body structure. He has short, pale blonde hair that are slicked to the back, and his skin is slightly tanned. He has a small & short goatee and a short beard that goes to his sideburns and has a pattern of beard-shaved area-beard. (Like a dotted line). His eyes are green and his glare is very sharp. There's a small scar on his left temple. He usually has a pair of shades on his forehead, although he also wears them normally. He has a rather thick and muscular neck, and wears a marine uniform, which is somewhat different from the standard one, as it seems to look a bit more like a costume that was remodeled to resemble a marine's standard uniform. On each of his fist, there are iron knuckles with 5 small spikes sprouting out. He, unlike most marines of such rank and above, doesn't wear the marines jacket above his costume.
History:
Johnny-san's childhood remains unknown, but what is known is that he comes from an island somewhere at North Blue.
He comes from a family of pirates, and has been at the seas from the young age of 15. While he never made a name for himself through out all those years, he was always talented at close combat, and was naturally gifted with incredible speed. At the age of 25, he begun working under the notorious and infamous Mafia Boss, "Gregory Maichu", as one of his henchmen and agent. Thanks to Gregory's connections, he was able to go unnoticed and without becoming well-known, despite his skills and knowledge.
Some years later, The Black Cross Pirates arrived at Shabaony, and, as Gregory and Wally where old friends, Gregory offered his help to the infamous pirate. Alongside his vast knowledge and connections, he offered Wally to have Johnny-san under his command. Wally accepted and Johnny-san joined the Black Cross Pirates. Wally made sure that Johnny-san wouldn't make a name for himself, in a similar fashion to what Gregory was doing. After the man's rejection of his Shichibukai status, and again alongside Gregory's help, they decided to use Johnny-san's lack of reputation to their own benefit. After all, he was a powerful man that they both took care that no one would know of his past. Therefore, no one would know that he was a pirate, or that he was working under any of them.
About one year ago, Johnny-san joined the marines. Apparently "someone" has recommended him as a "young and capable man, that could be an asset to the marine rankings". In just one year, his rank was raised to the level of "Commander", an impressive thing as he managed this without taking part into any massive incidents. Being apparently quite loyal and good at his job, no one would think that he is anything but a man they can trust to get the job done.
Sometime during the timeskip, his cover alias was either revealed or merely discarded, as he is now officially a member in the Black Cross Pirates. During that time, he had eventually reached a bounty of 380,000,000, likely due to his betrayal towards the Marines, as well as his relations with a Yonko-level pirate crew.
Personality:
Johnny-san is a quiet individual, that prefers to act rather than speak up. He rarely jokes around, and tents to be analytic. He seems to show a great interest with anything the Marines are involved, seemingly because of his curiosity and desire to learn more and be an experienced marine. He seems to like working for the marines too. He doesn't like alcohol, and usually, when drinking something, he is seen with a wine glass filled with juice. He is quite cynical and, while he does seem to follow up the rules the Marines have, he shows a tendency to want to take care of things his way, if he finds an opportunity that is. Since he doesn't talk much, he does emit some level of mystery about his background and way of thinking. He seems fairly polite and kind too.
Since he is in fact a double agent, his true persona is somewhat different from the one he shows off. While he is naturally serious, and doesn't talk much, he is quite more ruthless than he lets out. He is a very good actor, considering the fact that not once has anyone ever thought bad of himself, and never has anyone gotten suspicious of him, even when he shows too much curiosity, as they simply think that he just loves the job of being a Marine.

Speed:
Johnny-san's speed is perhaps his greatest asset, as he was naturally gifted in that department. Combined with the years of piracy and training for years, alongside his time in the Marines, his speed has grown to the point where he has developed a move he calls "Speed Star", that seems to stem from Soru, which allows him to move and about that same speed, thus earning him the nickname "Speed Star". He is fast enough to dodge bullets and cannonballs, or attack multiple opponents at such a fast pace, it looks as if there are clones of himself fighting alongside him.
Physical Strength:
While not a superhuman, his physical strength is far greater than that of an average person, as he can easily lift up objects more than his own weight with just one hand, and with no sights of physical strain while doing so. Combined with his knuckles and deadly speed, his attacks are strong enough to leave imprints on even steel and iron, and he can easily break thorough wood and rocky materials. Aside his fists, his legs can deliver very powerful and rapid kicks, mostly due to his legs being so strong, which also allows him to move at outstanding speeds, even without direct use of "Soru".
Rokushiki
It was revealed during his and Salty's adventures at the Mirage island, that Johnny is an adept user of some of the rokushiki moves. So far, he has displayed the ability to use Soru, althought he seems to be slighly slower than the typical one, as he can still, althought barely, be seen as a faint blur in a skilled enemy's eye. He also is capable of using Geppou, but he remarked that he can barely use it for just a few "kicks", indicating that he's ability to use that move is also imperfect. However, he also used Shigan, in which he seems to be very profficient at.
Haki
Johnny possesses impressive mastery of the Color of Armament. He can fully coat his entire body if necessary.
Acting:
While not a fighting ability or skill, Johnny-san's ability to manipulate people around him, his high intelligence, the fact that he is able to fool anyone of his true intentions and goals, and basically act as an information broker, make him extremely dangerous.
