Dressrosa & Cleyra Arc NPC characters (WIP, and LOL, someone actually posts in here?!)

Last post's over a year ago, neat!
Anyway, just so I have these thoughts in my mind organized, if the MS ever becomes active again.

Red Rose Pirates

• Captain, name & epithet(s): Zick Leoric, "The Brutal Thug", "Hell's Cage"
  Bounty: 430,000,000 Beli
  Appearance: He wears a colorful, abstract design-like opened haywain shirt, blue, trimmed to it's end, jeans, and black, obviously expensive boots with steel lining. He has a lightly tanned skin, his chest showcases that he's quite well-built, but still slim. He's at least 2,5 meters tall, and has shaggy hair that are, from one side blonde, the left to be precise, while the other side was black colored. He wears shades. He's 39 years old.
  Abilities, powers, weapons: Ito Ito no Mi, Superhuman strength, speed, durability, boxing expert, carries a katana.
  

• Vice-Captain, name & epithet(s): Demalo Jack, "The Diamond Core"
  Bounty: 260,000,000 Beli
  Apparance: Still to be revealed.
  Abilities, powers, weapons: Incredible durability, massive strength, speed & the ability to harden his body; possibly Tekkai.
  

• Executive, name & epithet(s): Rapacco Zweicco, "The Mystery"
  Bounty: 120,000,000 Beli
  Appearance: A clothed man with a dark grey robe. Black leather boots. Wears a white mask that seems to resemble a parrot's beak. Carries a cane around. At least 2 meters tall.
  Abilities, powers, weapons: Superhuman speed, unknown Devil Fruit power that appears to somehow mess up other Devil Fruit powers.
  

• Executive, name & epithet(s): Ziracho Streinstrag, "The Extremist Ruffian"
  Bounty: 100,000,000 Beli
  Apparance: Young-looking male with buffed, toned built, blue eyes and shaggy blonde hair. Walks around bare-chested, and with a leather, dark blue pair of trousers. Carries a sword & a club on his hip.
  Abilities, powers, weapons: Pamu Pamu no Mi, superhuman physical strength, boxing expert, carries sword and bat with him.
  

• Executive, name & epithet(s): Mara Ranana Laguda
  Bounty: N/A
  Appearance: He wearing a black plate with spikes across the edges towards his abdomen, with a bandana wrapped across his right side of his face, but with a hole for his eye, smirks. He had wavy, somewhat greasy dark blonde hair, and a scar was visible on his right side on his abdominal region. He was also wearing a silky pair of trousers, colored a faint silver, and pointy boots.
  Abilities, powers, weapons: Mane Mane no Mi, no known abilities but due to his rank, it is implied he's on par with the others with the rank of "Executive" in terms of fighting skills.
  

• Executive, name & epithet(s): Kurama Crane, "The Prison"
  Bounty: 160,000,000 Beli
  Apperance: Still to be revealed; she is a female.
  Abilities, powers, weapons: Ori Ori no Mi, no known abilities but due to her rank, it is implied she's on par with the others with the rank of "Executive" in terms of fighting skills.
  

• Executive, name & epithet(s): Bishop Magellan, "Most Beautiful"
  Bounty: 95,000,000 Beli
  Apparance: A very tall, obese, round man wearing a silky white shirt, black leather trousers and a frilly red cape. Has a large scar across his face, which would otherwise be surprisingly beautiful. Blonde hair and hazel eyes. Carries a sword, as well as a large, steel place with spikes on one side.
  Abilities, powers, weapons: Devil Fruit ability that allows him to change his weight, towards very large sizes, superhuman speed, proficient swordsman, carries steel spiked plate.
