Appearance: Kin is a tall man, standing at five feet eleven inches with radioactive blond hair that goes in a mullet pattern. He has crystal blue eyes and yellowish white skin. He has long arms and legs, as well as big hands. He has been referred to as an animal-like human, what with his shaggy hair, fang-like teeth, and claw-like fingernails. He wears a long white Trench Coat with the kanji for Primal on the back. He wears black cargo pants full of medical supplies and a hawaiian polo shirt.

History: Born into poverty, Kin was taken in by a con-artist who had tricked his parents into signing him over as a slave, thinking he was gonna get an education instead. He then piled on an incredibly huge debt on them and made them work until they died of exhaustion.

He did get an education though. He was taught that people are scumbags who can't be trusted. He learned by watching the crewmates gamble and fight. He learned how women are treated by men, and how some women use this to their advantage. He learned that a dictionary made an excellent bludgeoning weapon, as well as a great teaching tool. He gained all of his academic education from a dictionary and a couple encyclopedias that he stole.

While on the ship, he discovered a great love towards animals. Particularly the more dangerous kinds. He start classifying them as he traveled and began notifying special attributes found in different creatures and others that didn't look anything like them.

One day, he grew fed up with working as a chore boy, so he rigged a revolver and tricked his boss into agreeing to a Russian Roulette gamble. He lost, and Kin took everything. He then went out and began his quest to find his own way in life.

Personality: Kin is a gambler. He loves money and is willing to bet even his life for it. He is an incredible manipulator (not in the literal sense), capable of conning even the best and manipulating the hearts of good and bad people. He understands the human mind to an almost god-like degree and this is also his main flaw. Because he understands humans so well, he has developed a growing dislike towards them. He can be very unlikeable, as he often has very morose thoughts going through his mind. He is also a sadist and loves abusing people and making them do countless chores and labors for him. One time, he heard a couple discussing a big buffet and how their stomachs were gonna burst, and in his mind, he couldn't stop thinking about what would happen if an entire village died by stomach explosion and thought it might be funny to sneak explosives into the town's food later on.

Special Abilities: Kin became a doctor for the sole sake of making money, as a person holding your life by a string is the one with the biggest hold over your wallet. Kin is a skilled doctor though, capable of precisely striking difficult pressure points and body strikes. He can diagnose weaknesses just by how they walk, their posture, and the color of their skin.

He is an incredible manipulator (not in the literal sense) and con-artist, capable of lying through his teeth like the best can.

He specializes in Hapkido, once called the Medical Martial Art, which is a grappling, self-defense style. It is a Korean variant of Aikido that specializes in body strikes and pressure points.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Knife-Edge Nerve-Block: Kin puts his middle finger and his index together and hit his opponent's nerve, canceling the signals made between nerves in that area. he can not only block movements with this, but the opponent looses any sense of feeling as well, thinking that their arm was cut off before seeing that it is just laying there motionless. The major weakness behind this technique is that due to the focus and precision, the strike is relatively slower than his other techniques.

Sky-bound, Mighty Removal: Kin grabs his opponent's hand and gets close enough to his opponent that his shoulder is under their armpit. He then jumps up and dislocates their arm from their socket.

Raging Bulliat: Throwing a lariat at his opponent, he moves it slow enough for them to block and then turns and throws a second lariat from their side. The technique mimics a raging bull as it throw its victim with its mighty horns.

Crusher claw: A power hand grab that crushes whatever is in its reach.

Last Spear: Kin points all of his fingers in one hand at a single point and aims a powerful thrust at his opponent's heart. The attack is so fast and strong that it can rip a person's heart right of of them.

Weapons/Items: His bare hands, a few scalpels, some narcotics, some syringes.

Character Flaws: He is very vulnerable to the sun and gets hot very easily. He looks down on people often.

Are you trying to say he can manipulate -anyone-? If so, that's almost to the point of controlling other people's characters, something that is illegal here.

he can trick people, get in their heads, lie. he's a con-artist. He can't actually control their actions. He just can manipulate them the good old fashion way. like by telling an arrogant guy that this guy would kick his but, so he'll fight him, because you don't want to yourself.
