Name: Thunder Bird Devil Fruit (Couldnt think of a creative name) Powers: To transform into a giant golden bird and while in partial or full form; to control strong gusts of wind and shoot lightning bolts. Can also control cumulus clouds and create thunder booms, and varying other stormy weather. When he is in semi form by giving himself wings instead of arms or in full transformation he can fly.
