History:
Ozzy was born in a island as a noble at Goa. He lived a life of a noble for a long time. His mother passed when he was still a boy, and his father being a typical noble was very strict and unforgiving. At a very young age
Ozzy had a sense for music, he loved music and battle more than anything. His father angry at Ozzys hobbies attempted to ban both of his passions.
Ozzy got angry when his father took it away from him and set to run away from his home. He was chased down through the garbage area and the town finally. Luckily enough
Ozzy was survived through the garbage dump and made it safely to the town where he stayed and sang. Ozzys father filled with rage, disowned
Ozzy leaving him to fend for himself.
Ozzy grew up through the times and learnt many skills along the way, including this mysterious fighting style known as Ballad, from a bounty hunter.
Ozzy got his first instrument and his first double blades from his mentor and decided to travel the world with him. They only made it as far as Arabasta, where his mentor finally died.
Ozzy tok the death of his mentor hard, but still soon discovered that he could find peace through his music, he decided to remain a mercenary and took high profile jobs. He finally found a crew he could join known as the Kesu.
Ozzy decided to join them and further his dreams of playing music and fighting the strongest. When
Ozzy joined this squad , he was involved in a big government contract to protect enies lobby against yonkou Anubis.
Ozzy slayed pirates but eventually lost out to Alfresco Valentino who was a division commander. The government did not honor their contract for Kesu and made Kesu into fugitives. Kesu was also then disbanded after the death of their captain.
Ozzy sank into despair killing all in his path. Pirates and marines alike. HE gained notoriety even though he did all out of blind rage.
Personality:
Ozzy is always cheerful, always lively. He enjoys fun times and light moments. He is also a guy who gets touched very easily and a man who believes that the strong will survive. He also falls in love very easily with any girl he meets and is a grade A flirt. However when it comes time to do his jobs , he tends to get excited and will execute them as per orders.
Ozzy also has immense respect for people stronger than him, but severely dislikes snobby or evil people as they remind him of his father and colleagues back from his home country.

Special Abilities:
Ozzy is a muscian and can play the violin and the piano fantastically. He learnt his style of sword fighting from his mentor who learnt it from elsewhere, the style known as Ballad.
Ozzy is also an expert at languages and linguistics.
Ozzy also knows some basic survival knowledge he picked up from his mentor. He is also very good at seducing females.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): 1. Ballad composition 1, The tears of the Gods, it is an attack that starts when she starts singing the song, at the end, about 10 slashes aimed across the enemies abdomen and chest area.
2. Ballad compostion 2. The tragedy of Swans, This attack begins from above and hewill rain down sword slices as he is in the air, he sings the song at the same time.
3. Ballad Composition 3, The prodigal son, he sings the song and begins moving in a unnatural way, he moves zig zag and slices the opponents mercilessly without rest, and as the song ends, he feints a jump and instead skips through, aiming a slice at the enemies neck.
4. Ballad composition 4, The Great Charge, As he sings there is a sort of illusion of 6 white knights standing over him, as he charges foward, he lets out a barrage of slices and aims to strike the opponent 6 times across at vital points of the opponents body
5. Ballad composition 5, Dark Melody, He sings a sorrowful tune, at the same time , there is an illusion over his body of a demon and the grim reaper standing over him. The grim reaper charges foward first to slice down the enemy. But always unless the enemy comes foward and attacks the grim reaper , he will fall prey to the demon which is actually Ozzys back slice.
7. Dark rage mode, uses a similar movement to how sanjis does , but he does it to his hands and feet at the sam time. Under Dark Rage mode, his power wth his attack goes two fold at least. But it is not something which can be used for too long.
9. Concerto, Fast speed slashes only used in Dark Rage mode
10. C, a huge slice that can cut through metal
11. E7, A feint followed with an upper slice aimed to cut the chin off completely.
12.Symphony of Rage, A burst and flurry of slices with the ilusion of many demons over
Ozzy, they all attack at once to completely annihilate an enemy. In Dark Rage mode, this attack can only be used once and it is a finishing attack.
Weapons/Items: two gold katanas and his violin which he carries.
Goals: To become a famous musician and also to become the best at whatever he does.
