Yeah honestly I think that kid is friging high.

Is wasn't meant to rhyme with clit in the first place. It was meant to rhyme with the line below it. Raps don't have to got in sets, and they can come in rhyming sets of 3 instead of two.

Also, with a very loose stressed rhyming pattern both clit and is can be rhymed. If you were hearing it over a beat, and someone pronounced it the right way it would sound awesome.

It makes perfect sense, and it does have a rhythm to it. You just have to rap it the correct way. My raps rhythms aren't as simplistic as yours.

And stretching rhymes is creative. Saying simple words that rhyme perfectly all the time is kind of... lame. But, if alas if that's what you want.
