Appearance: he is a tall man 3 meters high, he bald, has a little black trailer mustache, he has strong arms but is weak in the legs, he can't run very fast, he wears a white cape like jacket, with blue edge's, he has dark blue shorts and he has no shoes, his writs can open and inside are very powerfull subwoffers, these have the power to crush glass, and break teeth, the eyes are lasers and has X-ray vision, he can breathe fire he has springs at the sole of his feet, which he can use to jump high and he has compartments used to carry his tool, therefor the nick name Tool box Oliver, he can normally be seen with a beat beating in his subwoffers, he has Blood red eyes, his weight is 100 kg because of the metal in his body.
he has one tatto on his chest, it is a tatto of a dragon that breath fire.
History: was born into a rich family in water 7, at the age of 13 he went under the teaching of a cyborg shipwrite, named Gatanu, after working for Gatanu for over 15 years, Oliver decided that he also wanted to be a cyborg just like his mentor, the reaso he wanted to do this was because if he was a cyborg, he could do things not many shipwrites could do. and so it happend, his parrents paied for the opperation, and it went successfully, Oliver became a cyborg, but the problem was, he could not grow, he had to stay a 28 year old all his life, but that didn't concern him, everything went well until on day, there were an accident on the working area for the shipwrites, a cable had snapped and a heavy weight of steel bars had fallen over Gatanu, he could not be saved, but at his dying words, Gatanu said to Oilver "I once was a pirate captain with a magnificent crew, make me proud and do the same, become a pirate, show the world the power of the cyborgs" then with those word Gatanu died in olivers arms.
Oliver was determined to follow his mentors orders, and the day after the funeral he left water 7 to find a pirate crew who wants him, he settleded down in Logue town and has waited until today for a crew.
Personality:he is a determined person, who does not give up, when he fist has put his mind to something, he wil not stop before he has complished the task even if it kills him, He is strick with the rules, and always have a schedule for everything, when he comes to battle, he is mercyless, he kill everyone who comes in tha way for his goal, he likes when people are sosial,and he hates to be disturbed while working, when it comes to food he can only eat metal, and drink oil or fuel.
He is the kind of guy that likes everything, but he does not like everyone, he does not like the marines, because they always try to kill pirates, even though they don't have any bounty, he is also the kind of guy that does not care about bounty.
