How haki works
 
One color of haki is 25 ability points.
 
When you spend ability points to acquire one color of haki a new stat field is added, example
“Armor Haki: #%”
 
Haki starts off as 0% and can be increased by the amount of stat points placed on it.
 
Armor Haki
0% allows for technique attacks to damage intangible logia one complete post a thread. passively increases all (OOC purchased) weapons by three stages of durability. (This goes for Paramecias, Mythical Zoans, and Zoans alike that would normally have decreased damage, this assures they receive damage they would normally be getting without the devil fruit)
10% allows for technique attacks to damage intangible logia. (This goes for Paramecias, Mythical Zoans, and Zoans alike that would normally have decreased damage, this assures they receive damage they would normally be getting without the devil fruit)
20% allows for a basic attack to damage intangible logia one complete post a thread. (This goes for Paramecias, Mythical Zoans, and Zoans alike that would normally have decreased damage, this assures they receive damage they would normally be getting without the devil fruit)
30% allows all basic attacks to damage intangible logia. (This goes for Paramecias, Mythical Zoans, and Zoans alike that would normally have decreased damage, this assures they receive damage they would normally be getting without the devil fruit)
40% allows for the covering of haki to a weapon for one attack, giving the user's weapon double damage/power. (Whether Missing or connecting, it is one attack)
50% allows the user to touch a logia’s elemental form with bare hands with out succumbing to the elements effects (being burned/frozen/getting stuck/dehydrated ect.) though they can still be damaged by the attacks, especially physical ones.
60% allows for the covering of haki to a weapon for three attacks, tripling the damage/power of the weapon per thread. (Whether missing or connecting, it is three attacks).
70% allows user to turn his body black and iron hard (or parts of the body iron hard). The part turned iron hard will not be able to move, and can be used seven complete posts a thread.
80% allows for the covering of haki to any weapon or object the user touches for seven attacks per thread, tripling their damage. (Missing or connecting, it is seven attacks)
90% allows the user to turn his entire body black and iron hard. At this level the user can walk around with the iron hard 'armament' haki without worrying about limited movement. Can be used seven complete posts a thread.
100% Allows the user to cover any object, weapon, or attack with haki tripling the damage OR make armament haki steel hard and with capability of movement. If the user wants both of the effects he/she will have to use 15AP to buy the 'secondary' armor haki for ten complete posts a thread. The first armor haki chosen without paying is 'permanent' so it can be used as many times as the user wants.  (By this point the endurance of an individual increases by 50% permanently)
(Note: The attack Armor Haki currently can ONLY be covered in solid objects or the body atm, not energy attacks.)
 
Observation Haki
0% allows the user to anticipate a non technique basic attack on the fly with superior perceptive ability, one complete post a thread.
10% allows the user to automatically anticipate non technique basic attacks on the fly with superior perceptive ability.
20% the user gains a sixth sense letting them "feel" the air in their range of reach one complete post a thread.
30% the user gains a sixth sense letting them “feel” the air in their range of reach.
40% allows the user to feel the presence of danger one complete post a thread. (The person only feels like something is coming)
50% The user can feel the area around them within fifty meters, even if there is no sound sight smell taste or feeling they can still perceive something with their sixth sense
60% allows the individual to feel the presence of danger three posts a thread. (The person now has a more precise clarification as to why he is in danger, but it is never spot on.)
70% the user can chose to use haki to increase one sense beyond human level for one post.
80% allows the individual to feel the presence of danger seven times a thread. (The person now has a more precise clarification as to why he is danger, and even learns where the danger is located.)
90% the character gains the ability to feel things before they happen, giving them time to react to attacks if their body is fast enough.
100% The person can now sense the presence of danger before it happens, even showing the user where the danger is located no matter the distance. (By this point the user's perception is increased by 50% permanently)
 
Conqueror Haki
0% allows the user to cause a single npc human within the user's field of vision to faint once a thread.
10% allows the user to cause any number of npc humans within the user's field of vision to faint once a thread.
20% the user can cause 20 meters worth of npc's and large animals to faint twice a thread.
30% the user can cause any number of npc's and large animals to faint twice in a thread, the npc's must have less than 50% in charisma and leadership.
40% allows for the user to force his will onto another npc animal, making the animal his friend once a thread, for the duration of the thread. (The animal can not be bigger than a wolf)
50% the user can make any character with a level lower than five faint three times in a thread, as well as force any number of npc's and large animals to faint at the same time; all with charisma and leadership less than 50%.
60% the user can force his will into any npc animal, making the animal either his friend or scared of him three times a thread ( The animal can not be bigger then a tiger).
70% the user can make any character with a level lower than eight faint four times in a thread, as well as force any number of npc's and large animals to faint at the same time; when their charisma and leadership is less than 60%.
80% the user can cause any one character that is a lower level to fear him, or trust him, this also works for npc animals. This can only be used three times a thread. This only works if the character it is being used on has less than 60% charisma. (The animals can not be bigger than Elephants)
90% The user can make any one character lower level than they are faint five times in a thread, as well as force any number of npc's and large animals to faint at the same time. This can only be done if the target's leadership/charisma is below 70%.
100% The user can make any character with lower level feel scared by his presence just by looking at them, or make them feel comfortable with his presence, this also works on every other animal npc. (The users charisma/leadership stat increases by 50% after getting to this state).  Note: For Conqueror haki the effects only take place, currently, with NPC's that are 5 levels lower or PC's 10 levels lower with no restriction on charisma and leadership.  When two character with 100% in this color of haki clash, one must be 15 levels or higher to knock out the other, however the resulting shockwave reduced the level of the NPC spectators to 2 and PC spectators to 5.  The rules previously at this level do not apply to anyone under level ten.  A user at this tier only has to have a level higher than the foe for it to work.
