Yume Yume no Mi (Dream Fruit) Allows the user to enter anothers dreams. They retain corporeal form while doing so, but are able by touching another while they sleep, to enter their dreams. Paramecia

what happens if they get hurt in their dreams? who has control

The user may only enter the dreams and talk. Any damage done would only effect the psyche. Control and direction of the dreams would come from whoever would ascertain damage in a fight. Same principle. The power allows subconscious suggestion.
