Honestly, cameras already exist so you don't really -need- the flash dial on it, if you want it as a weapon, I'd say trick them and stick a heat stick inside it and make it a trick flamethrower or something.

I'm changing it up, but I don't want the stuff already that has been writen Mimiu tore it apart, a wide spread release wouldn't work for the attack.

Weapon Name: Smack Camera
Description: An old fashion, somewhat over sized camera with built with multiple dials into and onto it. On the top left corner rests a smallest flash dial on the market. The flash dial is not a powerful as its larger forms, but it can still easily blind someone for 5 seconds or so. Inside the camera, making the camera large, is a flame dial, and when pressed, will release a flamethrower like effect that can reach about 15 feet, on average. The flame dial requires him to prepare another absorbing session every five shots it releases, the flame dial can easily be popped out of the camera to do this.

(Just what I could think of, don't have to use it, but I think it works pretty cool.)
