Appearance: He is quite large (about 7 foot tall) and is part blue-finned elephant tuna as his fish part. This means he has quite a large face, and a sort of "trunk" sticking out of his forehead. He has large, muscular arms that are quite short and the only fin-like feature is on his back. His back is dark blue whereas his front is a much lighter blue, which could also be described as grey. He wears dark blue shorts and has an exposed chest. He also has horns sticking out the bottom of his jaw. For some vague kind of reference, this is a picture of a bluefinned tuna:

History: He grew up in the South Blue, native home of the Blue-finned Elephant Tuna from which he is part hybrid, without knowing who his birth parents were. He grew up around other blue-finned tuna and didn't go out on land very much. However, one day, when he was about 17, a fishing party was fishing around the area of sea he lived in. They were specifically after lue-Finned Elephant Tuna due to their high value, and so had bait that was suited to it. Being practically unaware of human existence, Bleck, unnamed at the time, took the bait. Despite being a fishman, since he hadn't been on land, he has quite a low strength other than what came naturally to him and due to the nature of the fish the crew were trying to catch they would be quite happy to have multiple strong men pulling the fishing rod. To put a long story short, a rather uneducated fishman got "caught" by a fishing crew, and upon realising what they had found they immediately decided to sell him as a slave.
he was kept by all the other fish they had caught. Since some were to be used by the ship's cook and others to be sold, they were in the cooking compartment of the ship. The cook often shouted abuse at the fishman, which is actually part of how he learnt the language (meaning he would often curse when talking), and the cook's phrase whenever something went wrong was the sound "Bleck", which came to be the fishman's name. Being no idiot, the fishman had a natural talent for dialect and picked up the language reasonably quickly. After this, the cook would still vent at him but, being compassionate in his own way, made it very obvious what he was doing to prepare each course, knowing full well that if the fishman were to be sold as a slave then cooking may be a good skill.
Bleck thought of cooking like another language, and gathered many analogies from this such as how different courses representing the grammar, at least in his own mind. While he hadn't actually cooked anything, he knew how to by the time they got to the human auctioning house. This was not a very well represented skill because noone knew, and it seemed his only use was in brute strength.
He was auctioned off for 1,500,000 belli and bought by a world noble. He was forced to move many heavy objects, and this made him slowly increase in strength. The world noble who owned him came across an uncategorized devil fruit and bought it. It was left for many years untouched. Eventually, the noble remembered about it. He was quite bored at the time and decided it would be "funny" to feed it to a fishman, an inhabitant of the water, to stop him being able to swim. When Bleck was fed the fruit, which he was grateful for because he was practically being starved, his gills suddenly closed up, leaving black "scars" in their place". The noble watched as treacle began to flow from the fishman's figners, at first wondering what the substance was and then realising it was treacle, before sampling a taste of it. Upon tasting it, Bleck was immediately put to work in the kitchen as an "infinite treacle supply". The fruit was, of course, the Shyroppu SHyrropu no Mi, or Treacle Treacle Fruit.
It was in that kitchen that he put to work what he could remember and slowly was allowed to do more and more in each dish by the other cooks, eventually getting very good at cooking and making the best treacle tart in existence.
One day, when he was about just under 30 years old, he decided to test his power. He wanted to see the outside world. He wanted to apply his cooking skills to a situation that did not involve workign for a greedy, arrogant, snob. And most of all, ebcause of this slavery, he wanted to be free to oppose the world government. So during the night he stole a weapon that the noble had purchased the day before, known as a "Zap Blade", after gaining the noble's "special treatment" of an actual bed with no restraints other than a locked door (Which was easy to break through for a muscular fishman) due to the great taste of the treacle. He then walked straight past some of the "guards", who were actually sleeping and blissfully unaware that anyone might try to escape or harm a world noble, and slipped off into the night.
Not knowing that he couldn't swim any more, Bleck dived into the sea. He almost drowned, except for there being another fishman deep under the water. Wondering how it could be that a fishman was unable to swim or breathe underwater, the onlooker quickly grabbed Bleck and pushed him up to the surface. It is there he realised he must have eaten a devil fruit and was probably forcefed it by a world noble, so he decided to help out and carried him across the surface of the water to Fishman Island, in order to avoid him being recaptured and punished.
On Fishman Island, Bleck was nicknamed "the Mammoth" ebcause of his elephant tusks and incredible strength. He vowed that he would do everything in his power to destroy the world government, and immediately began looking for a pirate crew...
Personality: He is not a forgiving person and will remember his grudges unless the "debt" is repaid. He is, however, quite clever and very able to learn new things. While he thinks fast, his body does not, and so his generic way around problems in combat is to take damage rather than avoid it. He will do anything in his power to oppose the world government, even if it means putting his life on the line in a situation where his odds of survival are incredibly low, but he won't put his friends on the line as easily because he respects that they also have dreams that they wish to accomplish.

effect: The user can secrete treacle from either hand. The treacle has little to no effect on its own in combat and is described as "uncrystallized syrup produced in refining sugar", but it can be made increasingly hot if enough is made at one time due to heat being produced when the fruit power is used (the reaction is exothermic), although to make it hot enough to burn would require tons of treacle to be made, which would take an incredibly long time and by which the user would probably have run out of energy/stamina/will to live. Since the user can control the treacle it can be launched at people, but due to the nature of syrup it won't hurt much unless aimed at the eyes. Another use of the fruit is to slow people down, for those who have heard the expression "like running in treacle" it is quite clear how this is done. The user can control the thickness and stickiness of the treacle as it is created, since treacle is defined as "any syrup made in the refining of sugar" and can therefore contain different concentrations of sugar. The treacle can conduct electricity. Many people have exclaimed that treacle created by this fruit is the best they have ever tasted.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Sword techniques, Devil fruit moves, rokushiki, anything special move wise
1. Sticky floor: Bleck launches a large puddle of treacle at the floor, slowing anyone who walks on it.
2. Syruppification: Bleck attempts to suffocate someone by filling their mouth and nose with treacle.
3. Eye syrup: Bleck attempts to temporarily blind someone by launching treacle at their eyes.
4. Electrical surge: Bleck uses a zap blades electrical charge to electrecute somone using the treacle as a conductor.
5. Fake fins: Bleck splits the zap blade into its 2 parts and uses them held in both hands sideways in a way that fins would stick out with his arms held backwards, runs at an enemy, then plunges both blades into an enemy.
6. Electro-fake fins: Bleck does fake fins, but activates the electrical surge on both blades.
7. Treacle Animation: Bleck makes a large blob of treacle, then makes it move and generally block things. He can give it his zap blades although it would be pathetically weak and could only do damage when the surge was activated to pass electricity through the treacle blob.
8. Treacle tart: Bleck can make a hot treacle tart without any cooking appliances. It tastes really good.
