Neji Neji no mi (Twist Twist fruit)

Capabilities: The twist twist fruit grants the user the abilitie to contort, spin, and mold anything they touch except for water, Kairoseki (sea prism stone), and other characters [unless consented by their owner(s)]. This devil fruit is most resembles the gura gura no mi more than any other devil fruit, in that the gura gura creates vibrations and the neji neji creates centrifugal motions. It also closely resembles the gomu gomu no mi in that the gomu gomu allows the user to twist and extend his body, and the neji neji allows the user to twist and contort his own body, even if he can't stretch it like the gomu gomu. The user of the neji neji no me must mold everything himself with his hands, resembling the handling of putty or clay, until he masters the fruit. When the user has mastered his fruit, the only things the user must mold with his hands is large-scale air twist or spins.

Additional details: When the user first gains his powers, he cannot bend things such as minerals or air, only metals, liquids, and other easily molded materials. As the user grows accustomed to the twisting, the user can bend air and minerals. When mastered, the only thing that needs to actually be molded to be twisted is large amounts of air. In the beginning, molding is a matter of strength and skill but someone who has had the fruit for a long time does not need strength or skill to mold the materials, because they become easily molded before his fingertips as if it they were literally putty (for most materials) or clay (for things such as glass, gems, and other extra resistant materials). Animals and people twisted will naturally return to normal over a period of a day or two (or one thread to the next). Air will only twist as long as the user is present, and when the user or the air goes beyond 5 kilometers from the other, the air will stop twisting. Liquids stop twisting as soon as they come in contact with something else completely (ex. a wall of acid hitting a wall half its size would not stop the untouched half from spinning). Other materials remain permanently twisted unless placed in front of a mirror, in which case the twist is reversed.

Weaknesses: Water/Seastone, Mirrors reverse all twists (based on that a mirror displays the opposite, and the old myth that mirrors would steal your soul. When the two twists fuse via mirror, they neutralize due to the positive plus negative equals zero, if the distance from zero is the same), evidence is given that those who eat this fruit have less stable, and slight "contorted" or "twisted" minds.

Umm, please explain what would happen to the objects twisted... or if it is a person, would they be able to return to their original state? Also, if you need to twist things with your own hands, then wouldn't you need to be very strong to twist stone?
