Title expiration date: Unknown

This is mostly a question that's been kinda bothering me for a little while.

How long before someone loses their title for not posting?

in other words, What is the time limit for a post before said person loses their rights to the title? An exact answer would be appreciated, as the only answers I've heard thus far are vague explanations to what each person thinks is a long time. One person said a year roughly as an example, but it wasn't specific enough.

i would say roughly around the span of 5-6 months of total rp inactivity with that particular character

yeah, everyones so stubborn with titles inactivity is just about the only way to lose them, heck lets say maybe 8 weeks unless an absense was posted?
