PostSubject: Serious: The Clockwork Pirates Chapter 5: Darkest Depths    Serious: The Clockwork Pirates Chapter 5: Darkest Depths Icon_minitimeFri Feb 03, 2012 11:00 am

Calm and settled the sea now gentle brushed up against the shores of this unknown island and rushed back out to sea again repeating this tedious mindless action all over the world on every shore. The sand was soft and grainy and got into every nook and crannie it was irritating and itchy and would never leave you alone. The dark cloudy night sky looked depressing and as if it was about begin crying tears of pure water to make this dark dank depressing island any worse than it already was for its inhabitants.

Out on the cold cold shore it was freezing and horrible, the air even felt slightly grainy breathing in this air was the motionless corpse of Kyren Antler whose body was sprawled across the shore face first into the sand. Waves brushed over his feet washing off the sand and a gentle breeze from the clouds blew over his body but nothing would wake him from his eternal slumber. A soft pitter patter of rain drops were spat out from the clouds down towards the island, the rain was soft and gentle to begin with as it hit trees and slid down their barks or stems slipping onto leaves and dripping down to hit their final destination.

In the middle of the island resting on crushed trees and being supported by a tree which had its branch striking straight through the kitchen the Time Goes sat with everything on the ship thrown around a few rooms probably smashed to pieces and a deck sprawled with other various debris the Captain of this ship would sooner die than return to clean up this disastrous mess. All of the flying equipment was still in tact though, the cogs spread through out the ship still remained there as did the figure head a propeller.

Inside the island's warm jungle like forest it was humid to the point of steam in the air trees felt wet with perspiration and others where dying off in this harsh terrain. It was mystery how anything ever survived here. But somehow they managed.

As the rain began to pound much harder and harder upon the island and all of its inhabitants wildlife grew a little more erratic trying to escape the rain and seek shelter from its pounding. As moans and groans were released the motionless became full of motion as the body of Kyren Antler the Clockwork Pirate Captain rolled to his left landing on his chest. He noticed how his body itched and slowly climbed to his feet and began itching himself and dusting off all he could dust. Looking up at his current position he sighed the last thing he remembered was being on a date with Mina Layton a beautiful cook and gunslinger then being interrupted by some slave traders. Funny how they were interrupted by an approaching tsunami though. he remembered seeing water crash through the window and remembered it smacking into his body and carrying him out through the window behind him.

It had been painful but he had withstood it and was just relieved to still be alive, looked up and down the shore from his position Kyren saw no one or anything, looks like I'm the only one who washed up here he thought to himself. he hadn't ever been in this situation before or ever felt like this, he'd had bad days and good days but never something bad. Feeling the cold swarm his torso Kyren wrapped his arms around himself and headed into the trees in search of something warm.

He had lost his crew and now had lost his way. He had to find a way to get off of this island and find his crew but he didn't even know where to begin looking. As he headed to the inside of the island he said to himself.
"I doubt I'm ever going to help anyone, how can I help them if I can't even help myself."

Rain.
That was the first thing he noticed. It had been a sunny day aboard the Time Goes as far as he could remember, yet here he lay. Sprawled across wet grass with rain pelting onto his face. This wasn't some after effect of a grog fest. This was serious and Trake knew it. He tried to look up but the rain made him blink, so slowly rolled over to get to his feet. His mind was blank, no memory of how he got into this jungle lay in his brain. Only the darkness of doubt. He moved like a robot, not really registering what was currently going on. He just walked aimlessly, avoiding trees and avoding thinking. He just wandered the jungle, but not for long.
After rounding the same tree twice, a word wound itself into his head. it was a word that brought all the others flooding back.
Crew.
He looked about, the fog on the edge of his mind starting to clear. He looked for a sign of life, yet in the rain he couldn't see a thing. He stared in each direction, hoping for a sign. And he got one. He turned to look up, through the clearing he stood in, the rains parted for a second to reveal a ship. The ship. The Time Goes.
That was the last place he can remember clearly, a time when he wasn't in a jungle surrounded by rain and cold in clothes that had seen better days.
He started off in the direction he thought he had seen the ship, hoping it would lead him to some answers.

"Break..."

A pulse moved through a large mast of an unnamed ship. It split the mast into pieces, just small enough for a hand to reach through an opening and pull the debris off of its owner. A violin case was thrown out of the newly made opening and landed on a soft bed of sand nearby. The case was sealed tightly; no water penetrated the case to touch its precious luggage. Next came the second hand. With a bit of strain, the person pulled himself out of the wreckage and back into the open. Uta had returned from the dead... JK.

His white jacket was torn in several places. His hair was a mess from the ride and several scratches dotted his face and other extremities. Pulling down his face mask, Uta sighed a breath of relief. For the first time in his life, his respirator had a use. Uta did not know how long it was but his mask kept him from breathing in any water for the whole while. Now, it did not respond to the slightest breath. The breath dials embedded in the mask were spent and needed to be recharged. That shouldn't be a problem... Uta was probably going to spend quite a bit of time on the strange island.

At the slightest touch of rain, Uta grabbed his violin case and headed for the trees, not knowing of what to find. He saw no one on the beach so inland was the right way.

Mr Black awoke an hour prior of being washed upon the sandy shores. Quickly panicing he reached for his Pop green sack... Heaving out a great sign of Relief when he touched it.

"That was some storm.Stupid ass Bouty hunters.I dont need them... Ahhh Its raining I hate the Rain its makes my fur stink! "

Kicking a patch of sand in anger Mr Black quickly ran into the Junglelike forest for cover. "Grrrrrrrrrrrrowwl!" Mr Black s stomach spoke to him in the utmost ergency.

Useing his animal insticts he found a tree with plent of fruit. Climbing the tree like a monkey...(Lol Cuz he is) Plucking a strange fruit he sniffed it and then nibbled. "Tasty..." Grabbing a crapload of purple fruits in a sack. Mr black slide down the tree. Looking around the island Mr Black Halted suddenly "hu? wait whats that!" Mr black said with a moutful of purple fruit as the jucies soiled his Mask.

Seeing Kyren antler enter the Mainland Mr Black decided to sneek up on this mysterious man. thinking to him self. "Maybe that ugly bastard can tell me where this acursed place is."

However the a downraft has carried Mr Blacks wet fur smell towards Kyren

Delphi

She awoke to the gritty taste of sand and the metallic taste of blood on her tongue.
Delphi lifted her head slowly and regretted it instantly as pain shot through her temples and her torso and tail ached.
The young doctor coughed and sat up slowly, taking stock of her surroundings for the first time. She could remember standing on the Time Goes, worrying about an attack on the ship by some dodgy dock inspectors.
The next events were hazy.
She could remember a big, black wave engulfing the ship…ice cold salt water hitting the deck like boulders and knocking her to the point of unconsciousness.
Delphi had taken on her mermaid form instantly and all she could remember was swimming as fast as she could through black, murky water filled with splintered wood. In just a few moments, she had passed out from exhaustion- or was it water pressure? Either way, her body had dropped like a stone in the water and somehow, she had been washed ashore and deposited onto a dry strait by the mighty, vicious tide.
She didn’t quite know why the gods of the sea had decided to spare her life and for a moment, she irrationally began to thank Fate that she was still alive.
Nursing her throbbing head with the back of her hand, Delphi sat up and looked around, her vision blurry. “Wh-wha…?”
She could make out foliage, broken pieces of wood…she brushed her hair back from her face, the wet tendrils slicking to her neck. “Ugh…”
The crew. Her nakama.
Where were they?

Her stomach clenched and sickness swept over her, tears biting at her eyes.
“Please Poseidon,”she begged silently. “Don’t let them be dead.”
She had already lost Annachie.
She had already lost her best friend, Marina.
She had lost her former nakama.
She didn’t want to lose this one.

Delphi transformed her tail back into a pair of legs, unravelling her shirt and folding it down to her knees to form a makeshift dress before attempting to stand up.
She sucked in a sharp breath between her teeth and stumbled forward, climbing over fallen wood in a drunken gait. “Mmmph…” The half mermaid looked around. Her doctor experience was telling her that she probably shouldn’t be walking but as far as Delphi was concerned- as long as her legs weren’t broken, she was capable of looking for her friends.

Squinting, she noticed a figure across the way from her and her eyes widened as she recognised his face. She called over, her voice cracking a little. “Tr-Trake?!”

Mina

Mina shivered as she woke up, drenched to the skin and aching all over. She could feel blood leaking from somewhere near her neck and for a moment, she was about to blame the fishman that she had been fighting before.
He had knocked her out, hadn’t he?
Had he thrown her into the water too? Was that why she was so wet?
The cook’s memories began to return to her in jagged pieces.
She and Kyren had been on a date. Those three mafia jerks had stormed into the restaurant and attacked them.

“But we defeated them,”[i] Mina remembered silently. [i] “They left…then what happened?”
The tidal wave.
She could remember a tsunami crashing through, the streets becoming white water rapids and blackness overcame her instantly.

Mina lifted a hand, placing it on her neck, warm blood leaking through her knuckles.
She groaned, standing up and looking at the wrecked streets around her, coughing and writhing slightly.
Where was Kyren?
She made an internal plan, starting to stumble inland, her chest heaving with each step. The pain in her shoulder was intense and the weakness in her knees was insane. However, survival outweighed her need for rest and the sharpshooting cook made a firm vow to find the other Clockworks as soon as possible.

Kyren

Smelling something putrid as he headed inland Kyren looked around to see the horrid stench but couldn't see anything he tried ignoring the stench and held his nose. Noticing some vines hanging from trees and all tangled up Kyren removed a scalpel and in one hand and began tearing through it quickly. He lacked energy as he hadn't eaten much. Cutting through the vines he placed it back and continued walking trying to find something or someone.

Feeling the rain pour down over his body he shivered, he was feeling weaker than normals and needed some food and quick. Looking up at the top of the trees he spotted some unusual fruits of which he'd never seen before. Kyren wanted to try it but feared it wouldn't give him the energy he needed. The first thing he should find is some water although right now he was getting pretty sick and tired of water as it had washed him and his entire crew from the island they had previously been on and now here they were on another island. A jungle looking island which didn't impress him the further and further inland Kyren got the warmer and warmer he got.

He could hear the sound of something crawling around in the trees and wondered what it might be, he was unsure and turned to see nothing but the trail he'd left walking inwards. He turned back and continued walking again heading inland hoping to find his ship and crew mates.

Trake

Looking down from the trees above Trake sat a creature gazing down clinging to the trees he clicked he clicked his neck to the left then the right. Reaching forward to grab hold of another branch the creature swung forwards hanging down from the tree looking at Trake, well its eyes were looking at Trake but not seeing anything his ears where doing everything for him.

Aboard the Time Goes

Rustling through the fridge of the Time Goes and scattering furniture all over the place a larger than average creature sat having a feast. The creature was large and muscular. It was one of the few feared creatures on the island and was waiting for more prey to climb aboard for it to feast upon.

Once the fridge had been emptied and the kitchen furniture smashed it curled up and fell asleep with a full stomach and breathing heavily lying on what used to be a table but now was no more.

Mina

Glaring at Mina from the water with its eyes just above the surface of the water its jaw chomped down loudly and quickly splashing beneath the surface of the water down on to its deceased prey which rested in between its teeth. Tears began to trickle down from the eyes of the creature in the water watching Mina.

(OOC: Sorry for cutting in line. I just wanted to begin quick side story to myself first. Hope no one minds if I do a quick NPC fight.)

Something slimy rose out of the water. Covered in seaweed and muck, the grotesque figure brushed itself off before treading onto the sandy beach. Taking a look back out to the sea, it tried to find anything of landmark importance. Looking back to the island, it saw a vast jungle spanning what seems to be the whole length of the isle. The thing was doing something important before it ended up on the island. Looking at the marks in the sand, someone headed into the jungle before it did. Wanting vengeance on anything and everything it met, the thing decided to storm into the jungle. It's arms reached for its back and drew a pair of guns. Testing them, it found that the guns were soaked and thus useless. Throwing the two guns on the ground, it grabbed a second pair from its back. Again, they failed and were thrown onto the ground. The same went for the third and fourth pairs. A total of eight guns lay on the sand before the thing. Now furious, the thing stormed into the jungle.

Little did anyone on the island know, this thing was also on Villanueva with them... and while everyone was helplessly washed away, this thing swam...

Robert was on the island.

Trake was still in a slight daze, not feeling the gash in his left arm. He just kept trudging, the relentless rain making his only way to find the ship was to use his gut feeling. he couldn't see past a meter and couldn't hear anything except the rain. If it never rained again it would be too much rain in his life.
Look up.
His gut feeling was talking again, though it usually wanted food it also proved helpful in some situations. Trake looked up, squinting through the pouring rain and pushing stray locks of his shaggy brown hair out of his eyes to try see clearer.
He saw nothing, except rain of course. So he dropped his head to look at the ground at kept trudging, hoping his gut was indeed better than any compass.

"Hey you! Pirate Scum!"

Uta barely walked for five minutes before turning around to find an octopus fishman shouting at him from about 50 meters away. Robert was next to a tree and gripped it tightly with his six tentacles. Using his enormous strength, Robert snapped the tree at the bottom, leaving just a stump. Robert shifted the tree so that it would fall right on top of Uta. Slowly, the effects of gravity brought it down.

"Break."

Just before the tree crushed him, Uta raised his right hand to the tree. The moment it made contact, a pulse moved throughout the tree. Like the mast he split earlier, the trunk splintered into millions of pieces, leaving Uta with only wood shavings in his hair and clothes. Putting down his violin case, Uta opened the hidden compartment and drew a wakizashi.

"You, Octopus man. I saw you on our ship back on that island. Don't think you can get away now without injury. Maybe later i'll treat you to some Takoyaki (fried octopus)."
"Very funny. I could say the same to you. The reason I fight with guns is because I don't like dirtying myself with the blood of you filthy humans. But you see... my guns got wet and are unusable so I will have to settle on separating you from your head using nothing but my fishman pride!"

Robert B-lined toward Uta at an alarming rate. As a fishman, it did not matter if he was out of the water when it was raining as heavily as it was. Robert made the most of his extra appendages. He precisely aimed six strikes at Uta; two at the head, two at the neck, two at the abdomen. Any could knock the wind out of a normal human and indeed any of them would have.

..."One Step: Whirlwind."

Swinging off of the Tree doing a Back Flip Mr Black Landed right in Front Of Kyren With a Pistol pointed at his face. His Wet Stinky fur was even stronnger now as his body started to shiver and shake from the cold. "Huumman whehehere are wee? Dont messs Wiith Me Or Ill Kill you."

His pistol shook violently as Mr Black felt numb all over.

Maski zoomed close to the nearest island in her Gear Rider: A small Steel boat with Gears spinning like mad in the back, Propelling her across the water quickly. She pushed her blue hair out of the way and looked through her goggles to see a crashed ship in the distance. "Hmmmm... Gold, Candy, Steel... I'm convinced!" She muttered to herself, speeding towards the wreckage.

She looked up at the Time Goes, Taking the goggles off her eyes and onto her forehead and switching the white plastic stick in her mouth with a green lollipop. She looked back to where her ship was with 2 large bags, before turning her head back and walking towards the ship.

Delphi
Trake didn’t seem to hear her shouting.
Then again, “shouting” may have been a strong word to describe what Delphi was trying to do. Her voice was croaky from the thin air and lack of use whilst she was unconscious.
Also, assuming that the figure that she was shouting at even was her crewmate, he seemed like he was in a world of his own.
Deciding that she needed to move, Delphi ambled through the foliage and made her way over to the brown haired man, breathing heavily, her heart thudding erratically. “Tr-Trake, is that you? Oh thank God, you survived the tsunami too…”
The half-mermaid’s role as a doctor suddenly snapped back into play and she looked her younger crewmate up and down. “You’re not hurt badly, are you?”

Mina

Mina slumped down against a tree, putting a hand to her neck to examine the wound. With each step she took, the gash seemed to hurt a little more.
She pulled the dark blue sash from her waist and used it to dab at the blood, groaning. Worry ached in her chest and seemed to be worse than the pain in her neck.
Her handsome captain, Kyren Antler was nowhere to be seen and nor were any of her crewmates. Suppose that they hadn’t survived that vicious tidal wave?
She narrowed her eyes, shaking her head. “No, I refuse to believe that. The guys can take care of themselves. I’ll find them again soon.”

She turned around, blinking as she tied the sash around her neck in a makeshift scarf. For a strange moment, it was almost like something was watching her from the water. Mina could’ve sworn that she saw a pair of eyes watching her. A pair of tearful eyes.
Mina moved a little closer, her brows arching slightly at this odd sight.

Kyren

Seeing a creature land in front of him Kyren held his nose and stumbled backwards the stench coming from the fur was overpowering and putrid he couldn't believe this stench coming for him. When the creature spoke he opened his eyes wider. He seemed have ran into some sort of talking blue gorilla.

"W-w-wWhere are we? I don't know as far as I can tell this is some weird island. I was washed up here. I've just woke up a few moments ago."

Seeing the creature fall over Kyren rushed to it and listened out for breathing as he asked,
"You ok?" he tried pushing past the fact that the creature could speak and tried understanding what was wrong with him.

Trake

As Trake looked around and moved the creature in the trees hung down from the trees. His head was low looking at Trake and slivered along the ground while the rest of him was still in the trees wrapped around a branch. His tongue flitted in and out of his tongue quickly as his yellow eyes kept trained on Trake who walked along ahead.

Mina

Seeing the woman looking into the sea the creature allowed herself to sink below the water just below the surface of the water her eyes opened and looked up through the water at Mina. See looked to be in pain. Keeping her long jaws shut she kept hold of the dead prey in her mouth. She gazed up at Mina feeling an over whelming desire to indulge in the taste of her skin.

Wilfred

Being a cyborg he hadn't exactly floated instead he had been thrown into the middle of the sea after falling from the Time Goes as Wilfred slowly dripping wet trudged to the island's shore it was revealed there was a corpse clinging to his right foot. Looking down he removed the corpse and rolled him over.

The man lying on the ground was dressed up fairly smartly he looked like he belong to a member of the Mafia but he couldn't be sure. Just looking at the man that was all a person could get from this. Wilfred stood on the shore of the island and headed inland quickly running in and out of trees he simply tore through vines which stood in his way and found nothing stopped him.

He just wanted to get back to the ship as quickly as possible, once the ship was secured then he could find his crew.

Not much could be heard but the pitter-patter of the rain. The great leaves of the trees amplified the sound of the rain so much that it was the envy of a forest of cicadas. We bring out attention to a small clearing. On one end is a small grove of trees that separated the clearing from the beach. Everywhere else the clearing would lead to the mystery and humidity of the jungle. A great tree was felled in this clearing but its trunk was nowhere to be found. Two figures could be seen in the middle of the clearing. The one closest to the beach was Uta. He was crouched over and panting heavily. He had his wakizashi in his right hand but held it next to the left side of his waist as if to imitate a sheath. A trickle of purple liquid ran the length of the blade.

About ten meters behind Uta was the body of Robert. He lay sprawled out face up on the ground with his appendages pointing in every direction. His six arm tentacles were missing but each could be found within a ten meter radius of the body. If you looked at his back, you would find a deep gash that ran diagonally from the top right to the bottom left of his body. Back on Robert's body, three minute stab marks could be found on his head; one straight through the center and one on both the left and right sides. Great amounts of blood flowed from these wounds, suggesting that Uta had pinpointed and pierced Robert's three hearts. There was no return for the octopus.

Uta cleaned his blade and returned it to his violin case. The lonely warrior pick up his case and began to venture further into the jungle, leaving the dead body of the fishman in the clearing.

Mr Black let his guard down and slowly stood up as he continued to Shiver and sat under a small tree to get out of the rain depressed feeliing hopelessly lost.

Kyren & Mr Black

Seeing and smelling this blugori who stood before him Kyren tilted his head a talking blugori was something strange he hadn't ever come across.
"No I don't have a clue where we are sorry pal. I'm actually just searching for my ship and any crew mates of mine who may have been washed up here. You wouldn't happen to have seen any would you?"

Kyren saw the blugori shivering and would've offered him something if he had anything but he didn't. Or at least he didn't think he did till he remembered a while ago when he used to wear an old denim vest back before he started off the crew. Reaching into his satchel he found it folded up and walked over to the blugori and handed him it.

"Here I can see your cold, wear this, it'll keep you somewhat warm, I probably have some other stuff you can use to cover yourself up with back on my ship. So if you help me get back to my ship I'll give you something warm to put on hows that sound?"

Mina

As Mina walked closer to the eyes she thought she had seen in the water she stood on the shore just before touching the water not wanting to get her clothing wet. She continued staring at the water trying to see whatever it was that had been staring at her then shrugged her shoulders unsure of it and turned walking inland. She peeked over her shoulder as she walked away curious at what it was.

In the water still gazing at Mina the creature breathed out silently which bubbled on the water's surface. While Mina had been staring she had remained calm and motionless to avoid giving away her position. She stepped out a little on to the shore revealing her long scaly mouth from the water and letting it rest upon the sandy shore.

Maski

Lurking in the shadows of trees gazing at Maski was a large grey creature standing 8 foot in height and muscle bound. With a brown leather strap stretched from its right shoulder to its left side of its waist. The creature grunted and before Maski could turn to see him and spot him he climbed up into the trees without making a sound and vanished among the branches leaves in the trees where he stood on a thick branch and crouched to get a better view of his prey.

Looking at her he wanted her lolly but he wanted her for another reason, he figured he was strong enough to beat her and if he was then he would capture her.

Uta & Wilfred

Seeing what had happened to the fishman Wilfred walked towards uta stepping over the corpse of the deceased fishman. He was glad to see Uta was alive and well and that he hadn't died due to his devil fruit. Wilfred approached Uta and tapped him on the shoulder hoping to get a welcoming greeting. As he tapped his shoulder he turned to hear some noise coming from where the fishman lay. Looking back to see what it was Wilfred felt much safer when he saw it was simply a group of oversized insects feasting on his corpse.

It was worrying to see insects this big but nice to know they weren't after him and if they came after him they would have nothing to feast on, as for the rest of his crew if they survived that is they might have a slight problem.

Wolfgang

Seeing a human floating in the water just a short distance from the island was weird. A small current was slowly pulling him towards the shore of this island and all creatures beneath the water's surface looked at him with surprise all wanted a taste of him but none were brave enough to take a bite as they all knew what they had to do with him.

Hexi

As a winged human lay on the ground insects slowly approached him in fear and curiosity, they grew in large numbers, each was about the size of a puppy and getting closer and closer to him. As they had never seen such a creature before they wanted to learn more about one and began poking Hexi seeing if he was alive or not. The closer they got the more and more uncomfortable they felt till they began trying to bite at his wings and see what he tasted like.

Time Goes

Being ransacked and destroyed after being looked after so well by the crew through thick and thin and even modified by the kind shipwright Cid the time Goes thought of all the people among the crew it had met including the woman who could talk to it. It manifested itself into a spirit and promised to help the crew escape this island if they were here. First things first though the ship would have to be repaired. As a Klabautermann the Time Goes began working on repairing itself. Hammering away the Time Goes feared waking up the creature in the kitchen but luckily it didn't stir in the least bit and remained as it was dead to the world locked away in the land of nod.

Uta turned around quickly the moment he felt something touch his back. To his great surprise, it was Wilfred. The cyborg had seen better days but then again... in Uta's own dirtied and damp condition he was not one to talk.

"Wilfred! How good it is to see you! I was afraid that the only people brought to this island were myself and the fishman. Are you fine? Have you found anyone else from the crew?"

As Uta spoke, a large winged-insect flew by his head. Out of sheer reflex, his right fist shot up into the air and struck the bug dead on. Its exoskeleton cracked slightly but the insect merely shrugged it off and flew circles around Uta as if waiting for him to strike again.

Mr black accepted the old denim vest gratefully and he slipped it on. His Shivering ceased.
"Sorry Bud I haven't See anyone but you..." Upon hearing Kyrens second statement Mr Black Frowned at him.

"What do I look like some kinda charity chase? Why dont you fuck off..."
Then rethinking his words Mr Black apologized as he said
"Well I guess I could help you out... Hey you want some fruit?"

Mr black reached into his sack and tossed Kyren A Couple of Big purple fruits.
Grabbing one for himself he started to eat it.

Wolfgang floated in the water, seemingly unconscious or even dead from the black maw that was the Tsunami. I assure you, this was not the case at all, it would be hard to guess his current state if at all due to the wet newspaper covering his face, one that had been on the Ship for quite some-time, about right after the Crew escaped from the Marine Prison. A Newspaper that revealed the von Hampshire family's connections with the island that may have been wiped out by the tsunami, but that wasn't what hurt Wolfgang the most.

His eyes lay completely still, as he focused on only one part of the Newspaper, the picture of his sister Elizabeth. He would cry a bit if he could, at the sheer irony that one of his short-term goals was so close to him, yet so far-away in that sense, but he couldn't bear it. No tears, nothing of that sort. Tears would require some kind of rationality and for the first time since Wolfgang became a Clockwork Pirate he lost his composure. The Gunslinger twitched a bit in the water.

And with a wide opening of his mouth, he let out a bellow, all that he could do to sum up his current state.

As Maski stepped 10 steps into the jungle entrance. There were no paths and lots of trees blocked her way. She shrugged as she brought her hand to the sheet of metal on the side of her waist. "Giya Style..." She muttered, pulling Steel gears out of the object, but apparently not wasting any steel from it. She took the gears and fit them on her forearms and shins.

"Jungle, Meet Modern Technology..." She smiled as she put her goggles on. The gears on her arm suddenly spun to life and seemed like blurs as she started swinging them at the underbrush of the forest, Hacking and sawing through the forage with her gears.

Hexi lay down... he had passed out after a strong hit in the head in the storm. He couldnt remember what he had banged his head against... but it had to have been something with a point... because his head had bled badly. As Hexi opened his eyes... everything was blurry because of the loss of blood. The only thing he could remember was a storm and the Time Goes going out of control. he had been trying to stop the storm with his music... but the power of the storm was too strong for him.

He incorporated a bit... looking everywhere. Everything was blurry because of the sickness. He didn't have his guitar in his back, but then he saw it was laying a few meters away from him. It was still raining and he would normally like that... but the rain hit his head and made it hurt. He was having a serious headache and he wanted to vomit.

He stood up and picked up his guitar, putting it in his back. He heavily and aimlessly walked around by the beach. He couldnt hold in the vomit anymore... he walked towards a tree and vomited there... coughing and feeling like crap.

He kept walking... searching for the Time Goes or one of his crewmates. His headache was getting worse...blood was pouring from his head and the insects followed him wherever he went. Everything went even more blurry and then all turned black... Hexi collapsed again in the middle of the beach... without having found anyone. But he collapsed head-on-a-plant, a weird plant that went into his mouth and that he started chew unconsciouslly, swallowing it as well without noticing.

The water had taken him here... and there he was going to die unless someone found him and gave him medical treatment.

Kyren & Mr Black

Seeing the blugori take his vest Kyren was happy he could help as he noticed he stopped shivering. He was disappointed to hear he hadn't seen anyone else and furrowed his brow. Seeing him get angry so quickly and moan about being a charity case Kyren stepped back and was about to try to defuse the situation until he continued and agreed to helping him and offered him some fruit.

Kyren smiled and took some fruit which he bit into quickly letting the juices fill his mouth. It tasted a little sour but it was food of which he needed badly. Kyren felt awkward since he didn't even known this creatures name yet and he offered the blugori his hand and said to him.

"Hey. I'm Kyren. Its nice to meet you."

Mina

As the scaly creature slowly stepped out of the water Mina turned to see the creature sticking out of the water and slowly approached it curiously seeing it was a large crocodile she gasped. The crocodile was much much bigger than normal.

Seeing the large crocodile play dead a larger than normal earwig shot out from under a large fern leaf and dug its pincers into the crocodile's side and tried dragging her. As the pincers dug in the crocodile opened her eyes widely in pain and shock and rolled over to her side rolling over the creature and flattening it below herself.

Mina backed off in fright and removed her pistol which she pointed at the crocodile.

Maski

As Maski cut her way through the foliage of the jungle the creature climbed through the trees stepping from branch to branch he knew just what to do and couldn't wait till she arrived at the ship as that was most likely where she was headed. Watching her from above he had his plan in mind already, in one of his hands he had a plant which he was taking a bite out of it every now and then but this plant was an IQ plant.

Uta & Wilfred

Seeing Uta turn around and greet him with words of, "Wilfred! How good it is to see you! I was afraid that the only people brought to this island were myself and the fishman. Are you fine? Have you found anyone else from the crew?" Wilfred nodded looking down at Uta and was happy to see him.

"Its good to see your in one piece Uta and that your devil fruit didn't drag you down. We should probably look for our ship first to see if it is still in tact and if it is anywhere in sight. Don't you agree?" Seeing a large bug fly past and get hit by Uta Wilfred threw his thin sharp metallic fingers towards the bug hoping to pierce through it.

Wolfgang

From the sky a small group of birds flew low to the island and just over head of Wolfgang squawking as they flew over head they emptied their bodies and released their load which splattered down towards Wolfgang.

All the birds continued flying far past Wolfgang and over the island as they flew on wards they happily squawked till they reached the middle of the island when their squawking became much much louder and more worried. If anyone looked at the birds they would have seen the number of birds decrease and the remaining ones in the sky flapping wildly whilst feathers fell to the ground.

Hexi

As Hexi lay on the ground unconscious a group of worker ants managed to find him and lifted him on to their backs. Carrying this winged man away and deep into the middle of the island they carried Hexi to a large hole in the ground and began carrying him below the surface of the ground to their home and to their leader.

In the underground cavern were millions of other worker ants of such huge size and millions of tunnels tunnelling all over the island except for the centre where there lay a huge deep hole which from Hexi's position seemed bottomless. The worker ants carried Hexi off into a small hole and dropped him off there leaving him in the hole they rolled a large heavy round boulder in front of the hole then left.

The insect went down. It was its own fault for not paying any attention to Wilfred. The bug was cleaved in half; a clean split diagonally across its abdomen. Slightly acidic green blood sputtered from its two halves. The bug fell to the ground and emitted a great shriek. Suddenly, the sound of hundreds of wings flapping wildly filled the clearing. Uta bent sideways to look at the sight behind Wilfred. Robert's body was no more. It was just a pile of skeletons, shredded clothes, and a swarm of seemingly carnivorous flying insects. They were not so much angry as they were hungry.

Preparing to run, violin case in his left hand, Uta returned his gaze to Wilfred.

"How about we start looking for the Time Goes in the jungle?"

Mr Black Extended his Hand to Shake. "Its been along time cense anyone has asked me for my name... You can call me Mr Black its nice to meet you Kyren."
Mr Black seemed really pleased by Krens manners and generosity.

Mr Black scratched his Head. "Hey Kyren maybe if we climb onto something really big and tall we could find your friends or we could create some kinda signal that will draw them here like a fire, smoke signals or bright lights?"

Trake looked over, surprised at Delphi's call, turning away from the danger he did not even yet know of.
"Oh, hey miss Delphi," he gave a sheepish grin.
"Nah, I'm pretty much okay except for being a bit hungry..."
his voice trailed off as he fit the pieces together, looking through the rain.
"Tsunami?!" his voice hit a high note, and his eyes were wide. Everything was starting to come back into focus, but he still had the ship as his last memory.
He looked down at Delphi.
"How about you, you okay?"
