Weapon name: Black Tome

Description: A large black book that was fed the Raihin Raihin no mi, it has a black leathery outer skin and under the leather is steel plating. the book has a long red ribbon as a book mark On the cover of the book is a Large runic circle that is made from the user of the books blood (kinda looks like an alchemists circle from FMA)

Weapon special abilities: When someones name is written in the book in their own blood, they are teleported to 1 of three positions, only the person whos blood is on the cover of the book can decide the destination, and unless that person dies, the blood cannot be removed. Also, since it has steel plating under the cover of the book, it can be used as a blunt weapon or shield, though not a very effective one.

does this mean that the devil fruit i posted is approved as well?

when you say ANYWHERE they want do they have to change the destination on the page or is it instant teliportaion?

read the DF discription, he has to place a "sticker" in a place, such as impel down, he gets 3 stickers. then he can teleport anyone to one of those 3 stickers, if he writes their name in the book in blood.

id say its more than reasonable, cause not only do i have to draw blood, blood i also have to right 1 2 or 3 with their names, once i create the character (still working on it, i wanted a marine since my pirate crew has yet to be approved)
