| The sword is like a catalyst. It obviously strengthen lightning as long as it runs through the sword. The sword itself it cursed that is why in return Blood Thirst is given effect to the user (aarrrrghh who am i kidding,can i remove the blood thirst part?  ) | |

| Catalyst: A substance, usually used in small amounts relative to the reactants, that modifies and increases the rate of a reaction without being consumed in the process.
Electrsity is produced via ovidization and reduction of elements so c catalyst would increase the time required to create the lightning but it would not make more lightning
