Appearance: He is a character that is 5’8’’ in which he has light brown hair that tends to stick up with white skin. He has curved down eyebrows, brown eyes, a normal nose, and a pretty sinister mouth. He has short earrings on both of his ears. He wears a brown jacket with a orange shirt in it. He wears simple blue jeans. The thing about him though, is that he has a huge scar on his right cheek, extending from his right eye to his mouth.

History: Ranei had lived a typical life of a human being, most of all, having parents. Ranei's life had all changed when Ranei’s parents had learned a secret of an assassin company. Carrying the message, and taking Ranei with them, they deliver it to the World Government. They were too late as they were both killed by the assassin from the company. Once they both died, the man then points his gun at Ranei’s face to kill the son.

After some anticipation, the man puts the gun down and smirks, realizing that the boy wasn’t worth it. The man then stays with him, saying that he will teach Ranei how to use a gun if he wanted to survive in the world. After five months of hard-work and intense training from the assassin, Ranei had always held a goal...and it was to kill him, tasting revenge for each passing day. But, he realized that it was impossible because he doesn’t have enough strength to do so. One fateful day, Ranei had went out to get food, and when he came back, he found the assassin in blood, lying near a wall, really close to death. Ranei had then shouted out that it was his goal to kill him. The man then scoffs in reply, knowing that was the key thing. He dies after his last words to Ranei…power was everything. Because of the harsh training, Ranei was able to deal a good accurate blow, almost perfect in his hits.

Ranei was then a bounty hunter after the man’s death, killing anyone without a feel of remorse. One day, he met with a girl who had suddenly changed his life. He had learned from her that you can’t kill without reason, power isn’t everything. Everyone is to be treated with kindness, nothing much to it. She had goals of having a realistic world of peace. After hanging out with her, feeling really close to her, he had changed his personality. One day though, she was killed by an enemy of her. Tasting revenge once again, he manages to kill the person who had killed his love. When going back to her, she gave Ranei a crystal. She then says one final word: “Go…be a better person…don’t kill…please…travel with friends…and never be lonely…” With that, she dies. Ranei receives a special gun (Project Revolver) from her as she dies. Believing it was a curse, Ranei decides not to use it and keeps it as for a memory for her. Ranei is really unsure of the killing part, but tries his best not to, Ranei collects bounties by trying to keep the men alive. After a few months, he currently works as a bartender for a break.

Personality: He’s a serious, but yet, very impulsive and reckless idiot that he goes on with. He tends to be quiet, but, he does tend to eat a lot. He is really random at times, but is lighthearted at most times, and tends to make fun of people.

Special Abilities: Eagle Eye. This eye was obtained from the man that had killed his parents as a parting gift. This eye is able to zoom in and zoom out. It’s really keen and sharp. This eye is like a sniper eye, and with Ranei’s gun abilities, he can’t miss easily. For example, he’s able to shoot through a moving crowd, and still hit the enemy from 10 meters. Also, he’s able to deflect other bullets due to his keen eye. With his “Project Revolver”, he’s able to use his gun as a really powerful marksman.

Learned Techniques:
Soru: One of the Rokushiki abilities. Able to make you move faster.
Kami-E: One of the Rokushiki abilities. Able to float like a paper, making moves a lot easier to dodge.

Weapons/Items: Project Revolver

Goals: Ranei’s goal was to seek out for adventure onto the sea. Although, he doesn’t have a major goal though, just following his own lHanatte's words.

the eye isnt anything in one piece, in fact the whole character reminds me of black cat... all the same there isnt anything technicaly wrong with the character...

Screw the eye, I took it out. Changed and edited the things.
