Appearance: Tall(6'3"), Weight: 240 pounds. with spiked up Silver hair, and has a cross-shaped scar on his left cheek, and blood-red eyes. Wears a purple cape, a Black T-Shirt which shows off his muscular body and White pants. Has Silver Gauntlets on his hands made of steel.

History: Roger was born in the Shabondy Archipelago at the heart of the grandline. Roger was an orphan after he watched his parent's sold into slavery and killed by local Kidnapping gangs and was forced to fend for himself at an early age of 7. He soon became tougher and stronger through this ordeal and at the age of 10 he confronted the Kidnappers responsible for his parent's enslavement but unfortunately there were too many of them and he was not strong enough to handle them by himself yet. He barely escaped with his life, vowing to become stronger and avenge his parents. A year later he discovered a strange fruit which turned out to be a devil fruit and out of curiosity, Roger ate the fruit. He suddenly felt very sick as if the fruit was poisoned and soon passed out. When he awoke he shortly realized that something was different. He could manipulate the powers of lightning, to his shock and delight! After a few weeks of training his new powers he decided to attempt revenge again. This time...Roger was victorious! True, his skill had gone up in a year but it was his new devil fruit powers that gave him the edge that he needed to come out on top! He had finally avenged his parents, but he still felt...empty. What was his life's purpose, now? After some careful thinking and consideration he decided to dedicate his life to becoming a Powerful Nakama of the Future Pirate King! He felt confident that with his new powers his new dream might not be a dream after all, and that he could pull it off! He used the money that he got from stealing from the kidnappers to buy a new ship, a powerful battle ship that he christened "Silver Titan" He has traveled the seas for 10 years now, training his devil fruit powers rigorously in order to master them. He recently joined a Famous Pirate Crew known as the Steel Fist Pirates and is now riding in their ship, the Cannonsmoke!

Personality: After 10 years of striving to become the Pirate King, Roger developed a happy, go-lucky personality unless you mess with him or his friends. At this point he becomes a whole 'nother person with cold-blooded glare infused with amazing spirit energy that forces his weaker enemies to pass out or at least retreat in a terrified manner as if they saw a ghost. For those enemies that do not run, he will unleash an all-out merciless assault on them, whilst showing no mercy!

effect: Roger is able to produce lightning, control lightning and cannot be harmed by Lightning, Electricity, Thunder or heat. With this in mind, Roger is able to create lightning based attacks. He can Electrocute opponents by touching them. The user is also able to travel at the speed of light!

Spirit Energy Glare - A powerful glare that is very effective against opponents considerably weaker than themselves. It causes the opponents to be enveloped with fear and force them to retreat, and if the gap in power is large enough..it can even make the opponent pass out. The user can choose which targets to use the glare on. Strong opponents will not be affected by the glare if they are close in Strength/Equal/Stronger than the User.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
1)KilaVolt: Roger Releases a mild(7,000,000 volts) but fairly strong wave of electricity from one of his hands toward some target.

2)MegaVolt: Roger Releases a powerful(70,000,000) wave of electricity from one of his hands toward some target.

3)GigaVolt: Roger Releases a constant and very powerful(150,000,000 volts) wave of electricity from both of his hands electrocuting his target.

4)TeraVolt: Roger Releases a constant and extremely powerful(300,000,000 volts) wave of electricity from his hands electrocuting his target.

5)Element Lightning: Calls upon a very strong bolt of lightning to come from the sky and strike a specific target that Roger chooses.(450,000,000 Volts)

6)Thunder Storm: Creates a powerful thunderstorm that causes a large number of Lightning bolts to strike down from the sky into either specific target or multiple targets or just strike randomly depending on Roger's will.(500,000,000 Volts per Strike)

7)Kaminari: It requires the user to channel a great deal of lightning-based energy(600,000,000 Volts) to one of their hands, the energy becomes highly visibly. Once the attack is formed the user rushes at their opponent at great speed whilst causing considerable damage to the environment with crators and trenches and thrusts their arm into a certain part of the body and unloads an incredible force onto its target. This attack can be used on objects as well as living beings. It has the power to split a bolt of lightning!

8)Kaminari Senbon: Roger generates a great deal of lightning-based energy(800,000,000 Volts) in the form of Senbon or needles and firess a dozen of these at once at projectiles! The Projectiles are highly visible, powerful! They also can travel at the speed of light! They can cause piercing and electrical damage to the body!

9)Kaminari Sword: Roger generates a sword out of nowhere using a great deal of lightning-based energy(1,000,000,000 Volts). The Sword is made of lightning and can cut through anything - solid,liquid,gas, and energy. It causes the target to go numb from the electrical charge severly weakening their defenses and ability to fight back.

10)Kaminari Nagashi: Roger generates a very powerful electrical field around him, radius of 10 feet, using a great deal of lightning-based energy(5,000,000,000 Volts). The Field will can shock and immobilize his foes by attacking their nervous system.

11)Kirin: Roger's strongest attack! Roger first launches fireballs into the sky above. These fireballs will warm the atmosphere and create a powerful rising air current, which in turn generates thunderclouds. Roger will then form Kaminari and raise his arm to the heavens. This will allow him to channel the lightning down upon his target. Due to this combination, He is able to utilize a power greater than he could ever generate normally(10,000,000,000 Volts). The Lightning moves at the speed of light to strike down the target. Upon calling down the lightning, it will create a powerful impact with a large amount of destruction.

isnt he enal, with the same equipment, and abilitys, but difrent personality and backstory, anyway enal is way to powerfull for this RP if youtone him down and take away mantra (he's not from sky island) and then we will talk

I took out the manta and several of Rogers powers such as the ability to turn into lightning and being invulnerable to attacks, and other abilties, and the superhuman hearing. Leaving him with superhuman soru-like speed instead of lightning-fast teleportation. And some of his stronger attacks. I hope that was enough. Thank you.

he stil has drums on his back, and a gold staf, exactly like enal, in fact many of his moves are stolen from enal, in short he needs to be more original, and less like enal

I took out the drums and staff, and changed his moves. He is not Enel, he just happens to have the same fruit, which is allowed according to the rules. I hope the changes are enough. Thank you
