that wouldent be longia, theres already a Tetsu tetsu no mi, whats the differance (you can only have 3 DF chars and no one can have 2 dfs and be alive)

ow he can create it and its for a weapon im doing the chain fruit in left shoulder patch and rope in right or are 2 devill fruit weapons not allowed

putting a DF in a shoulder pach renders it unusable because there is no way to TELL it what to do!

well ZOAN objects can hear there masters speak, but weapons with non zoan need some sort of trigger or something to use there ablity
