I have no intention, I'm just re-watching the anime and noticed it, do note they don't have fire breathing in this anime.

That was a filler arc, and so it doesn't have real value ( because later on Zoro says he doesn't believe in dragons that means that couldn't really happen because he saw it.)

you MAY use a dragon zoan, heck whats his face in the ACTUAL anime had one that made him a T rex, same thing in essance however Im going to say that there are NO or ONLY partal transformations with out some sort of booster

Can you explain that a bit more, I know the "Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Bison" let him be human, pure bison, and a power hybrid form, for the forms limit it to one or the other?
