Personality: Zachary is a highly religious man, he harbors no hate of people who sin or gamble or even have several partners. He believes if they serve under the flag of the world government that they are permanently absolved of all sins of past, present or future. This is not to say he himself partakes in these activities as he wishes to stay as pure as he can be. Zachary believes himself to be doing the work of God, a crusade of sorts against pirates and rebels and that his ironically named devil fruit is a gift from God to purify the world in a cleansing flame. Zachary's crusade often gets him in trouble with superiors, as he'll often cause collateral damage to any area to "purify it" once burning down an entire village just to be safe he had killed a pirate hiding out in it.
Zachary is a heavy reader, often reading poems, stories but mainly the bible and will often quote the book before battle or as he is about to kill an enemy.
