History:
Past: Orginally lived a happy life with her father, a merfolk merchant who would travel around the Grand Line selling miscellaneous. At the age of 12 she was captured why a gang of slave traders because of the races high worth. She was around 13, about 3 months after turning 13, the slave boat was attacked by marines. The leader of the marines that attacked easily defeated the slave traders and released all those taken slaves, within the next year months, Serene joined the marines. Since then, she's ranked up many times and learned to fight using a large falchion, that she later upgraded and bought a better one from a black market merchat (She then processed to send marines in and close the place down, bweehehehe). Since then, she's ranked up to Chief Petty Officer and joined a marine crew.

Yeah, its not a powerful attack, its pretty much just water slamming into you, so it wouldn't have any real effect on a person, it might damage a small boat up pretty good though
