Mist stands at 6ft. He stands out in the crowd due to the items of clothing he wears. He wears a black helmet followed by black armor. He wears a slightly ripped black cape and black baggy pants, he also wears grey boots. A black sword can be found strapped to his back. For his helmet, there are 4 holes which give him enough air to breath. For his armor, there are golden swirls located all around it. He has a muscular body. He has light skin and light blue eyes, he was yellow messy hair.
History:
Mist was born in the Northern Blue. His father was a marine. His father always encouraged his son Mist to become a Marine like himself. Mist, at first saw this as a stupid idea however as years past he decided to join the marines after all. He worked hard and rose through the ranks, he aimed to have great power. However he soon began to grow bored of working under these people. They gave him too much orders, he decided to live life as the marine's enemies. Yes, a pirate. A pirate was free to do whatever he wanted, Mist still followed his goal. To wield great power, this goal was made when he was in the marines. Mist, while working under the marines, was taught Rokushiki moves, however he only managed to pull off two moves. Which were Tekkai and Rankyaku. Although they still need more work, he is still able to use them in battle.
Mist, while living his life as a pirate realized that he couldn't gain great power by himself. He decided to form a crew so he could achieve his goal more easily. He called his crew "The Oscoro Skulls."
He aimed to wield great power and show the world his strength. For a ship, he used the one which he was given by the marines when he was still in their side. Now.. all he needed was a weapon, he payed the blacksmith a visit and he constructed him a sword. Mist called this sword 'Serpent.' As he traveled around the seas, he killed many people who got in his way. Thus earning a bounty. He was seen as dark and twisted.
As years past his hatred for the marines grew stronger. He still remembered how they treated him like a dog by braking orders at him. His second goal was then created. This goal was to eliminate all marines.
That is all that's known about this... "Emperor.."
Personality: Mist sees himself as "The Emperor of the world" he is cold hearted and will kill anyone who gets into his way. He can be very demanding and will hate cocky people. He will also hate it when his plans fail. He will kill anyone who refuses his orders. However when Mist speaks to his comrade, he won't be really cold hearted. He will be strict however he will treat his comrades with respect. He will allow them to do as they please however when they are called one, Mist expects them to be there right away. If they refuse an order, he won't hold back on attacking them or possibly killing them. Overall, Mist is a cold hearted person and will kill all who get in his way.

Rankyaku:The Rankyaku is a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body if perfected. (Still needs a little more work)
Tekkai: The Tekkai hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks. (Same as the previous attack, needs a little more work)
