I'd like Bellomont to be apart of your crew. He will leave at some point, to pursue his own interests. This information can be shared between the characters early on in the role-play, because he has no intention of betrayal, rather a stalwart alliance. It could be a fruitful relationship as both seem to have interest in bringing down the Government, and both are former World Government operatives.
