User can also Create a net like pattern which runs through what ever then net touches tangible or intangible. However, instead of being destroyed, the objects that are touched split apart and form
numerous, smaller versions of the original.
(For Example If I toss the net like pattern at a fire ball. The Fire ball would turn into a crap load of smaller fire balls which would be less powerful but still do damage.)
When used on a living organism,
the recipient gets reduced into small, doll-like versions of themselves, In this case, the process is reverted back
after some time. user capable of revoking the effect to recreate the original person

Any inanimate object? This sounds rather too broad, and requires limitations to prevent the user of this fruit from one-shotting battleships.

Also, the effect of the net-power on living beings needs more definition. What can a recipient do while in doll-form? How long does it last? And so on.

What good would destroying a battle ship do other then have the user sink into the ocean.

You could do lots of stuff in doll form.Think Luffy after shrinking into his smaller form. You could attack an enemy from various differant angles.

Its Simular to Guildarts Magic Only theres no destuction force.

One-shotting a battleship isn't the only thing you could use that power for. Really, it just depends on how you define "object". I'm not very fond of the idea of such destructive power.
