Boushi Boushi no mi/Eye Eye Fruit

NAME: Boushi Boushi no mi (Boushi = Eye)
CAPABILITIES: Be able to create eyes and see from them on any surface in a 100 yard radius. The eyes also able to switch from normal to an infra-red sight to detect heat signatures. They can see past obsticles that have low visibility (Clouds, Steam, Smoke, Fog), But not solid objects. Weakness (besides the usual lost swimming ability) is that the eyes cannot be created in water, and are vulnerable (if you see it, you can hurt it and the user will be hurt).
