Home Village/Ocean: unknown island in the grandline
Appearance: Slightly tan skin, fog-grey eyes, and silver hair. He has square, thin-rimmed glasses, a red T-shirt, and black jeans. He also has a holsters for unusual guns on his belt.
History: Hikaru Ishinda was born on an island in the grandline the inhabitants called, 'Cherry Blossom Isle'. Hikaru got along with others as a child, and enjoyed the sight of the many cherry blossoms. And blood. When he was fifteen, stole a ship, and sailed around the world, recruiting others that loved to see blood. His trademark after he kills his victims is a cherry blossom petal dipped in the victims blood, because it combined the two thgings he loved the most...flowers, and blood.
Personality: Will get along with new crew members, enjoys flowers, and absolutely loves to kill.
Ship: The Blood Flower
Ship Flag: Flower petals that are different colors and the other halves of the petals are blood red.
Devil Fruit: sakura sakura no mi

effect: produces cherry blossom petals or full cherry blossoms, though they stay in midair.
Special Abilities: none
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): sakura sakura arashi(shoots cherry blossom petals for three feet, but then they stay in the same place like regular sakura), sakura sakura tesaki(puts sakura on fingertips and slashes with his fingers), sakura sakura tonfa(puts sakura on forearms like tonfa)

Goals: To cover the world in flowers of blood.
