With seals covering the users body like tattoos.Eyes Seals Shut. After Several years of Training and waiting after 10 years you can wait out the initial curse seal the user received upon eating the fruit. Once the 10 years pass the user can slowly start to master removing there seals. Once a seal is removed the user finds that they have obtained super human strength and speed. Once Mastered the User Can uses Minor seals on others by touching them with there hands or chains. these seal limit the Abilites of anyone. Slow seal makes one slower, Weak seal makes one less strong,Devil seal remvoes all devil fruit powers on others. Seals used on other people only last 2 posts.

So, basically you'll be weak for around ten years, then become superstrong all of a sudden?

Yeah alote of characters already have super strength and super speed. this fruit seals keeps the user from useing his full strength but at the same time putting the users body undermassive stress training him in the process. Other than becoming powerful from fruits restrintes the the ability to put minor seals on others. Im kinda imagining a character than been imprisoned for years with chains and heavy weaights perventing him from moveing. Slowly he starts to be able to move not fast at all. like his running would be a normal persona walk. then in a fight he might he would remove a Seal. now this chainned person Will have a free arm. which can attack extreamly fast which is basically normal fast sppeds in this forum. and so on

Basically this fruit is a handy cap fruit with minor benifets
