Appearance: Toshiro is about 6 feet tall, with long black hair. His right eye has been replaced with a cybernetic one that has a crosshairs on it,and is red. Unlike most cyborgs, Toshiro does not appear any different from most humans except for the eye. The only changes made to his body were his right eye and giving him new legs. He wears a black kimono, and black shoes. In his demon form, Toshiro stands 12 feet tall and has red skin. He has claws and huge red wings that allow him to fly.

History: Toshiro grew up on a summer island in the Grandline. He lived the peaceful life of a shipwright like his father until he was 16. At that age his father sent him off to water 7 to learn ship building from the greatest shipwrights in the world. On his way there his ship was attacked by a sea king and destroyed. Toshiro only barely managed to escape and he lost both of his legs and his right eye in the fight.

He washed up on shore of a nearby island and was taken in by an old man. The old man turned out to be a great scientist and created a new set of legs and an eye for Toshiro. When Toshiro finally awoke after the surgery he was told of his new powers. His eye allowed him greater accuracy when using any sort of gun, and his legs would allow him to run faster. His skin was also hardened so that hopefully he could survive another sea king attack. Toshiro vowed to repay the man when he had the money.

Toshiro set off again for water 7, but as he was heading to the ship that was leaving the island he found a strange looking fruit lying on the beach. Not knowing about devil fruits because his father never told him, Toshiro ate the fruit. He immediately regretted it because the fruit had the worst taste he had ever had. When he walked up to the ship all the sailors gave him strange looks. Toshiro asked why and was shown that he had very large teeth, which he didn’t have before. The captain asked if he had eaten anything lately and Toshiro told him of the fruit he found on the beach. The captain explained that the fruit was a devil fruit and that Toshiro would now have great powers but was now a hammer in the water. Toshiro was very worried at not being able to swim, but was excited to know what kind of powers he had achieved.
Upon arrival of water 7, Toshiro was accepted into the greatest ship building company due to his great skills. After two years of working Toshiro sent back money to the old man who helped him. Later in that year, a band of pirates came in looking to get their ship repaired. When it was finished, they refused to pay. Toshiro became so angry that he transformed into his demon form for the first time. He easily got the pirates to pay for their ship due to his imposing figure. But the locals feared that Toshiro was truly an Oni and he was forced to leave water 7. He now spends his time looking for someone who won’t be afraid of him.

Personality: Toshiro is a fun loving and relaxed guy. He likes to spend his time tinkering with new ship plans and attachments like cannons. He is very hard to provoke to anger, but when he is angry he tends to get a little out of control. Strangely enough, while in his demon form Toshiro has more control than normal. He believes that it is because his demon form is so much bigger that the anger fits better in the body.

effect: Original Form: The user gains a larger set of teeth much like an Oni's.
Full: The user takes on the appearance of an Oni: Red Skin, Horns on the head, claws on the feet and hands, and a pair of wings. The user gains superhuman Strength and speed with its form, but also a weakness to onions.

Special Abilities:
Weapon Sync: Toshiro can sync with any gun he is holding and use the targeting system in his head to increase his accuracy.

Bionic Legs: Toshiro has increased speed due to his cybernetic legs.

Learned Techniques:

Ground Pound (Demon Form): Toshiro pounds the ground with his kanabo sending a massive shockwave through the ground tripping anyone within 15 feet of Toshiro.

Aura of Fear (Demon Form): Toshiro at will can exude a aura of fear around himself. Anyone looking at Toshiro feels weakened. A strong mind can overcome this effect. But whoever looks directly into Toshiro’s eyes becomes paralyzed for a few seconds, depending on their mental strength.
