Neko Neko no Mi (Fishing Cat Model)

Name in Japanese (translation): Neko Neko no Mi (Cat Cat Fruit: Fishing Cat Model)

Capabilities: This fruit allows the user to transform into the Fishing Cat:

1st form: The user is human, but it can hear, smell, and see things more clearly, as well as their fishing skills improve.

2nd form: The second form is their hybrid form: they gain the ears, tail, and eyes of the cat, doubling their senses from their previous form, as well as their fishing skills. They also gain their claws and and fangs for attacking.

3rd form: The last form, where the user turns into the full Fishing Cat. Everything is at their max: hearing, seeing, smell, sense, and even though fruit users are anchors, they can dive their heads for a more successful catch (although only for a few seconds). And with the patterns of their coat, they can blend in well with their surroundings, making them stealthy assassins, their sharp claws and teeth being their ultimate weapons, or good information gatherers, their limbs great for a fast retreat.

there is already an ice ice fruit in one piece, so you did not have to register it you could have just used it

however we do not allow logia to become their element as it constitutes auto dogging

well, i was just playing safe if someone had already gotten the ice fruit, and i can always edit it to being a Paramecia fruit.

The rules here state that you can have more than one person using a given devil fruit. Just.....letting them meet would be a paradox....but, paradox or not, the rules state you can use any approved fruit, used or not, and any canon fruit (within reason)

all right. So, do i have to delete this, since i would like to use an Ice devil fruit, and since there is already an existing one, i don't see the point in this one?

oh, and i do have to delete it, can i instead change it to another fruit...totally different of course.
