Well, I've done this before a long time ago so I'm just gonna do this once. It's legal because a) it's not a plug-and-run b) because it's NOT a One Piece forum. It's a neat one. Take a lookie at Stacking the Decks, a Card-based RP It's still in early testing phase but hopefully we made a card-based rp WORK.
