| Name: Keo “The Dragon” Major Age: 21 Bounty: 20,000,000 Beli Species: Human Occupation: Captain/ Navigator/ Shichibukai (Pending) Allegiance: Next Generation Pirates/ World Government (Pending) Home Village/Ocean: Saint Reia, South Blue Appearance: Keo is a large guy, towering over most normal individuals but still being dwarfed by some of the freaks along the Grand Line. He has red eyes, that some even go so far as saying have a certain glow to them, although that's mostly speculation from the rumors he's gained over the years. He has long, black dreads that are typically falling down his back, although sometimes he does pull them up into a ponytail fashion of sorts. He is extremely muscular from years of physical training, and always tends to have a slight smirk on his face. 2 piercings on his right ear, one on the left. Golden ring that hangs loosely around his neck, and of course a good pair of black sunglasses. Keo is pretty much always shirtless, instead choosing to show off his rather muscular physique. Whenever he's told to put a shirt on, Keo always responds that real men take wounds, not block them out with clothing. Bottom portion wise, he's normally wearing simple black pants, the kind you'd wear under a karate gi. He has a rather nasty looking scar on his left chest, precariously close to his heart. Whenever asked where it came from, he always responds nonchalantly “The strongest blade in the world tried to break my heart.... the blade just wasn't awesome enough.” Laughing the question off. - Spoiler:

Keo's first memory comes from the island of Saint Reia. Lucky enough to born into a noble family, from birth he was adored and viewed as something special. Speaking at 1, and reading at 2, his intelligence only helped fuel the adoration even more. Fascinated with learning he spent most of his time at his families mansion reading, training his memory, learning to notice the small things about life. He dreamt of being a marine at the young age, studying strategy and the ways of war before he could even walk. His adoptive parents often tried to introduce him to other kids, but he always felt different from them. Like he was something... more. He talents only pushed him farther away from society.
Keo was already on a slippery slope as he became more and more reserved into his own world, spent mostly studying and working out when he could. Then when he suddenly sprouted in height, began to gain muscle, and became quite talented in martial arts... well that was all it took. From that point on Keo Major believed he was the next coming of man, a Homo Verendus.
His parents, their advisers, and all the people who called themselves “friends” tried to talk Keo out of it. But, by then it was too late. He figured they were all just normal men, none worthy of his knowledge. But, there wasn't much he could do about it yet. He wasn't set to embark on the ways of freedom. Instead he began taking classes at a local dojo, training himself to fight and learning to be there warrior he needed to be. At night time he took to roaming the streets, acting as a local vigilante fighting off pirates and bandits. In reality it was just more training, all so he could hone his skills farther ahead.
Around age 16, long after he had abandoned his dreams of being a marine, realizing no one should be his boss, he decided to embark on his journey. He ran from his home, and took to the seas as a pirate.
For the first four years after that he'd explored the world aboard various traveling ships. It was here he gained his bounty and infamy. Always appear somewhere new, causing another disaster. Always vanishing from the world after each little stint, killing anyone who stood between his goal. Until, finally he'd found what he was looking for. A way for the Homo Verendus to take over, for those that were awesome to rule the world. With a smile on his face he'd decided to become a shichibukai, in order to be closer to making this plan a reality.
So, starting a mutiny on the latest ship he was on, he managed to catch the captain, a rather notorious pirate.
Bringing him right to the World Government's steps, he yelled for them to come pick up the trash. “So, Keo found what you were looking for?” Keo smiled back at him, giving a nod as he pulled him into the building. His plan coming into mind already, the future paving it's way out inside his head. “So, has the dragon found his devil fruit then?” Keo laughed, a loud long laugh that he deeply enjoyed. It wasn't normal that he got to get such a good laugh off.
“The world wishes it was something as simple as a devil fruit.” With that, he was in the building and dropped the pirate down, staring forward with a clear look of superiority at the marines in front of him. A grin crossed his face, and Keo had once again started a new life. A Shichibukai life, searching for a certain special item he'd need to make the Awesome Men rise.

Keo is a very energetic guy, and is extremely imaginative. He doesn’t believe in “growing up” thinking everyone should keep that childlike spark alive. He often tells jokes, pulls pranks, and is very unpredictable; hanging around Keo you never know what to expect. His sense of humor and random nature are known along with his status. The WG and Marines are often the first to find themselves as the focus of his practical jokes. Generally happy go lucky most of the time you'll see him with a smile on his face.
Keo has a strong sense of humor, which he demonstrated by laughing at almost anything no matter how serious the matter seems. Also a very lackadaisical nature, taking almost nothing serious, and does things one would expect of from a child in terms of behavior. He also has no filter, and doesn't really hold back much of what he says, not that he really ever has an opinion on much. Preferring to lay back and laugh at the world. Because of these traits, many often question his power, and worthiness of his title.
Raised in a noble family, since birth he's been drowned in admiration and praise. All things about how special and amazing he is, how he's a prodigy and genius, thus leading to him naming himself Homo Verendus (Awesome Man), the people of the Next Generation.
Most of his life he's been used to looking down on people, both figuratively and literally, thus fueling even more to his arrogance. He's confident in his skills, and often times a bit overconfident. Hard headed and head strong, running in without a second thought. He doesn't have many qualms about killing, but doesn't needlessly kill either. He just does what is needed.
Very calculating and focused Keo always has his own agenda; making his next generation of the Homo Verendus rise. He's amazingly intelligent and observant, capable of memorizing the smallest detail about a person and able to strategize in seconds. For now he follows the world government's orders to egt closer to his goal, but every time he adds a new part to the plan.
Ship: Zephyr a large ship that his crew uses and Aelous, a small person boat of Keo's. Ship Flag: A typical jolly roger with long dreads, and the letters NxG painted in green across the skull's head. A dragon emblem is in the background. Special Abilities: Known for his incredible speed, he has been said to be one of the Grand Line's fastest. Keo is also quite strong and a gifted martial artist. Having trained in multiple different arts, he's always prepared for a good fight, and can take a decent amount of hits. He has a knack for noticing things other people don't, and putting small bits of pieces of information together. His special fighting style Ryu No Otoko (Man of The Dragon) is a style invented by Keo himself. It involves close-combat, mostly strike oriented fighting. Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25): Kobushi Ryu (Fist of The Dragon)Keo's main technique. A strong punch that is characterized by his special way of holding his fist. Instead of a normal fist, he has his fingers out, clutched upwards. Meant to imitate a dragon's claw. The speed and strength behind the technique allowing it to create a shockwave, becoming a slightly ranged melee attack, and causing quite a disturbance to opponents internal organs. Ryu no Ame (Rain of The Dragon)For this attack Keo jumps into the air, and delivers a series of quick punches down towards his enemy. His hand is in it's signature claw formation. He also delivers mini-shockwaves with each thrust. Making them capable of providing damage even when dodged. Ran Ryu (Run of The Dragon)An ability which gained him notoriety as one of the fastest man alive. Similar in action to Soru, Rai kicks off the ground swiftly with the toe of his shoes, and then sprints off. Aptly named for it's ability to make him seemingly vanish from human perception, often appearing quite a distance away. The technique typically leaves a strong gust of wind behind shaped oddly like a dragons whipping tail. Ryu Furaito(Dragon Flight)Another attack for which Keo is often spoken of. His ability to seemingly walk on air. Stemming from a similar basis as Geppou, Keo is able to jump, run, and skate across the very air. Weapons/Items: A simple green Staff that has a dragon carved into it. Goals: To bring about the Next Generation through the rise of the Homo Verendus.
