Abilities: Fuses the power Dials power with the bullet. Giving the bullet deferent effects other than just piercing through someone total of 3 Dials. For example if I were to have a fire Dial then the person would catch fire. If it had a lightning dial then the person would be electrocuted. if you put two dials together he would be electrocuted and catch on fire. you could use a sound dial to deliver a message an impact dial the bullet would destroy something like a cannon ball. The dials are placed but of the gun and when shot the energy from the dials would be compressed and fuse with the bullet. because of this you can hear the bullet flying through the air. also it can not fire without gold bullets.
it has a scoop that can dial down, to a mile within a millimeter accuracy.
