In Male form:
Sam is a tall man, who generally wears a vest and long baggy jeans. His hair is black, spiked out and jagged, and he is relitivaly skinny.
In Female form:
Sam is a shorter girl, who has long straight blonde hair, that goes down to her waist. She also wears a vest, and very tight jeans. She is relitivy pretty, and has big(ish) breasts.

History: Sam grew up in a remote village in South Blue, where he lived alone most of his life, as his perants died when he was 6. When he was 8 he discovered the gender gender fruit, a devil fruit allowing him to change his gender at will. His full name is Samual, but goes by Samantha when in female form. He leant to play the flte, and enjoyed playing that. Two years later, he began training to become a marine, but when he applied at the age of 15 they mocked his power and fighting style. He quit and left to become a pirate.

Personality: Sam is fun loving, and always manpulates people who don't know his power by switching to girl form and attempting to seduce them. He likes messing with people, and enjoys eating.

Geppou
The Geppou (月歩, Moon Step?) allows the users to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual.
Shigan
The Shigan (指銃, Finger Gun?) is a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound, making guns unnecessary.
Soru
The Soru (剃, Shave?) allows the users to moves at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds.
Tekkai
The Tekkai (鉄塊, Iron Mass?) hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.

NOTE: I saw in an other topic, if a DF character dies, he no longer counts towards your three ma DF users. I stopped using one of mine, and he died in some accident that wasn't in a RP. So he is dead.
