HAHA's (Heavy Automatic Harlequin Android)

Weapon Name: Heavy Automatic Harlequin Android (HAHA units for short)

Description: Looking human in appearance; all units bear the similar trait of bearing a mask, a jester/clown outfit, a numbered collar and the hidden built in mechanics of the body. The type of mask, body size/shape, uniform type or color scheme and select weapons built into each unit seems to vary between units. Unlike Pacifista units that the Marines have deployed in the past that are mostly fully automatic copies made of metal; HAHA units tend to be organic or human in nature from most encounters, but Marine scientists remain skeptical on the true nature of how these units operate and function as some units seem to carry weapons inside their body and don't require to eat usually. They are known to get violent and flee when attempts to remove the mask are attempted; when attempts to unmask them do happen, their masks tend to self-destruct in an explosion capable of almost wiping out the unit and leaving behind scorched slag of it's mechanical interior. They are unable to communicate by most means as they lack the ability to talk, only laugh. They are able to communicate by writing at times, but unwilling to divulge anything about themselves or their creator.

Dr. Jubs, a Navy Scientist, theorizes that these were former humans turned and twisted into weapons by a body outside of the World Governments control to some end. Thus will probably have even just a brain, even if the body was entirely mechanical. His proposal to try the same with Navy Funds has since been declined several times and has been issued a threat to be imprisoned in Impel Down if he continued to push for its use to create obedient Navy soldiers.

Unit #31: "Jesty"; Last seen leaving on a small sailing vessel with two girls. Bears a Red and Black alternating Jester uniform, white gloves, yellow boots. Known weapons include: 18 inch blade stored within the forearms and calves of the unit that exit out of holes when the unit removes it's hands and feet (Mounted on a ball joint that allows it to swivel about and point in various directions), Mouth-mounted minigun barrel capable of firing 5 rounds per second.

Weapon Special Abilities: Human level capable thinking and understanding, can host various weapons in their body that would conform or fit within, capable of many various party tricks or pranks, can play many various types of instruments, capable of limited recordings of various sounds and the ability to replay them. Some units can swivel their heads 360 degrees or hold items inside their body (Varying in terms of size in how much they can store). Units are mostly powered by sugary products, the amount of sugary content in the product gives a certain amount of charge while weapons can vary in how they are powered. Projectile weapons requiring ammunition will consume metal into a miniature inner forge to produce more bullets, Fuel based weapons such as Flamethrowers require said fuel, powered weapons require both fuel and electrical charge, and electrical weapons need just the electrical charge and some sort of outlet/plug),

History: [Marine Report on Unit #31]
The Heavy Automatic Harlequin Androids or Haha's as they are nicknamed, are a group of mysterious performers weapons that have recently shown up in varying island ports across the Grandline. They seem to wander out of view at times or perform in the streets for the amusement of others. 3 variants have been seen so far by eyewitnesses, only the numbering of unit #31 was discovered during a scuffle with Marine forces that left many wounded but a clue on what these androids are and their purpose. There was no markings or creations other then the name and unit number. Meaning there are at least 31 or more of these robots out there.

Further reports show that they consume varying metals into their mouths, seemingly able to chew underneath that mask. Some suggest this is a source of fuel or reloading. But there have been sights of them eating normal food and drink which have lead to people believing they are cyborgs... while others have pointed out an occurrence one has been seen drinking oil, thus food is merely an act to assume human. The purpose of these being is unknown. They know a great many songs and uses of instruments, varying slight of hand magic tricks, and other things needed to entertain people such as dancing or acting. A rare occurrence not seen in #31, but with an unmarked blue/gold unit, is the unit stocking and attempting to bond with a human. Reasons why are unknown, though results in refusal tend to be violent.

Guideline to Creation (for use as character, NPC or Enemy.)

1. Must be some form of Clown/Jester/Mime
   
2. Cannot have the ability to communicate freely besides writing, laughing, recording.
   
3. You cannot attempt to speak of your origin or show your original face since that is your face. Don't rip off your maskface and don't let them either. If they do, Explode violently unless there is a preventive measure the opponent can use.
   
4. Your Purposes vary. You can be sent to deal with powerful business men or warlords or kings. You could be thieves looking to build wealth back home, you can be a dysfunctional unit that wants to hang with new friends or you can stalk humanity.
   
5. Keep weapon logic to fitting your body like any other cyborg unless you eat a devil fruit.

I am just posting to say that I like your concept. I will leave the Approval to Shadow, though, as he was the one to Approve your character. Good job.

While I am inclined to just give an approval stamp as we already have less interesting and more powerful versions in archives somewhere, I’d recommend adding bombs to the weapon list and add an automated self-destruct on the mask so in the event one is defeated, secrecy is preserved. Otherwise people like all 3 of my active characters would be able to demask them. Also another suggestion, as a collective directive for the pacifistas I’d include an anti-moleman program. Given they consume metal and moleman fu controls metal, it would make for an interesting and compelling plot interaction with certain characters, but as its flavor it’s not important.

These are all suggestions, not demands or requirements.
