Technique list name: Tempered Ribbon Style

Overview: These moves came from Coles desire to fight and protect those he cares for.

User: Cole P. Dusk

History: After hearing what Iken said to him Cole  felt like he needed a moveset of his own. Different than the one he help discord within the prison. He made these move out of ideas Discord said would not be Good for how He like to battle or did not think were violent enough so Now Cole has decided to use the move and and make new ones for himself

Techniques:
-Level Two-

Name: Tower's Iron Wall
Type: Devil fruit move
Description: The user send out multiple Ribbons weaving around each other to make a paper thin wall that can be reshaped and resized for it to be use for different purposes. This wall can deflect blows from The wall can be hardened to the current Devil fruit control of the user can. The wall can levitate.
Effect: Lets the user make Walls,Shields,Platforms, Domes

Name: Blades of The Empress
Type: Devil Fruit Move
Description: The User Summons out Ribbons each to make A short Sword by layering itself over and over again. The short sword has the diameters of 2 feet and 3 inches in length and the normal paper thin  and a handle and guard  that uses about 10 inches of ribbon the enter sward is using about 1.5 meters of the ribbon for the sword. Then they can be detached or stay attached so the user can send the blades to battle for him by slashing at his foes with the blade's hardness and sharpness equal to his max at the user current devil fruit control at the time of make the blades.
Effect: Whatever a sword and chain can do.

Name: Strength's Arm of Light
Type: Devil fruit move
Description: The user summons ribbons to make up tentacles that can be use freely like any he would use a normal ribbon. Each tentacle takes up 20 ribbons and are made in a multi-helix structure. They are each 5 inch in Diameter. The user hardens segmented parts of each ribbon as to harden the entire tendril without losing mobility; however, speed of the ribbons is reduced by 10%. The tendrils have claw on it 1 on the bottom,top,left and right of it that the user can harden and sharpen to grab and pierce object for stability or damage
Effect: Able to cut, smash, crush, pierce, grab, propel, and deflect physical targets.

Name: Angel Sun's Holy Spear
Type: Devil fruit move
Description: The User can shoot a 3 foot long and 2 inches in diameters in out of the user's palm made from one ribbon. It is sharp and hard possible and it comes out so fast it can pass through a human body with ease.
Effect: Pricing damaging Shoot

Name: Fool of Club's 1st Armory - Gauntlets of Battle
Type: Devil fruit move
Description: The user summons ribbons that will wrap around the user lower arm with ribbons until he has made it so that they are 2 inches thick around the lower arm and 1 inch thick for the hand that will protect the user by hardening all but the joints and makes claws with rounded spike spikes on the knuckles that are as sharp as the user want them to be. It will use less than 1 meter of ribbon.
Effect: Creates gauntlets with spikes and claws.

Name: Magician's First Act - Retracting Ribbons
Type: Devil fruit move
Description: Let the user retract ribbons back into his body to give him more ribbons to for other moves and so he can keep move he want to keep ative but use less ribbons from his total amount of ribbons
Effect: Let the user retract ribbons back into his body
