Appearance: Jinjen is a short man. His height barely reaches one meter and a half. He has a quite big head and big ears. His head is shaved almost completely and his grey colored hair can be barely seen. He has slim eyes and he doesn't wear glasses. His nose is not long and is slightly pointing upwards. Finally, regarding his face, he also happens to have a long tongue which reaches the end of his chin if he moves it out of his mouth. Regarding his body, Jinjen is slightly fat and lacks muscles, despite his strength. His arms are reaching the start of his legs and his legs are slightly longer than his arms. His frail and fat body is covered with his standard marine uniform and a dark blue cap he wears on his head with the marine symbol printed on it, in white color. However, his appearance slightly differs from that of most marines as he also wears a long navy blue coat that reaches his knees, which he keeps open most of the times, making Jinjen look like a detective.
History: According to his file within the marines, Jinjen was born on a small island of the Grand Line and he was enlisted in the marines from a very short age during a military draft around the islands he used to live. However, as the young man at that time was quite weak, he was forced to start from the lowest rank within the force, which was none other than cabin boy. During the years, Jinjen would train himself more and more, becoming stronger and stronger until he managed to become an acknowledged soldier with great combat skills. While many marines would become known within the force because of their extensive usage of the rokushiki techniques, Jinjen would create a battling style that made him differ from all of them. He would take advantage of his fat body in order to create a battling style which was based on it. He would curl himself and start rolling towards his enemy, striking them like pins in a game of bowling and causing them great damage. His "Rollout Style" would grant him many victories against pirate enemies and that was what gave him his epithet "Blue Bomb" due to the fact that he was wearing blue clothes, he was looking like a blue ball while curling himself and rolling towards his enemies. Over the years, his battling style would develop more and more and Jinjen would become stronger. Amongst his achievements have been the captures of several different pirates, including a member of a crew called "Tiger Pirates" with a bounty of 22,000,000 Beri, the capture of another pirate which belonged to a crew called "Wild Card Pirates" with a bounty of 18,000,000 and his biggest achievement is the capture of the 78th Division Commander of the Unknown Pirates who had a bounty of 30,000,000 on his head. Eventually, he was promoted to the rank of Ensign and along with his promotion, he was sent to a new division which was none other than the 62nd Marine Division. And now, Jinjen serves in the unit, trying to become stronger and stronger to eventually succeed in his goal of becoming the boss of the marines, some day.
Personality: Jinjen is a marine who is devoted to the force. He is deeply devoted to the marines due to the fact that he wishes to become the Fleet Admiral of the marines, some day. As a result, even if he claims that he is a believer of moral justice, he often acts based on absolute justice, the justice that is better for the force and matches a force like the marines. While in his missions he is very serious, in his daily life Jinjen is quite lazy. He likes sleeping a lot, eating and flirting with women. He believes that he is a play boy, despite the fact that he is ugly and the irony is that many women have claimed that he is "awakening" unfamiliar feelings for them. He likes speaking a lot and joking and he is a great fan of food and alcohol. There are a few the occassions during which Jinjen doesn't drink some alcohol. Even in the most serious of his missions, Jinjen can be seen drinking alcohol. According to himself, alcohol just makes him feel stronger. Finally, in his movements, he is not reckless. Despite the fact that he acts like he doesn't care about anything because of his daily life style, he is mostly working based on a plan and he thinks before he acts. There have been times during which Jinjen's emotions took control on him, though these times are a few. Also, Jinjen despises people who mock him for being short and he will clearly show it. However, that despise he has for those people rarely makes him angry. That has to do with his constant denial about anything bad the others believe about him and his constant ignoring over most of the mockery phrases the others say about him (excluding when they mock him for being short).

Special Abilities:
-Rollout Style: Taking advantage of his fat body, Jinjen curls himself and starts rolling against his enemies. The more he rolls, the more damaging his rolling attack can be. Also, the rolling style is used for fast moving, giving Jinjen the ability to move with inhuman speeds that surpass these of regular humans. Finally, as the constant rolling with the ground causes friction, the Rollout Style made Jinjen resistant to high levels of heat.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
-Rollout: Jinjen curls himself and rolls against his enemies, striking them and causing them damage. It can also be used to dodge attacks.
-Rollout - Zigzag: Jinjen curls himself and rolls against his enemies, striking them and causing damage. However, while he rolls, his path is not straight but zig zag. The more times he moves in a zig zag way, the stronger the attack becomes as Rollout - Zigzag is in fact a combination of several different Rollout attacks.
-Instant Rollout: Jinjen curls himself and starts rolling around himself, not moving at all, but building up momentum for a post. Afterwards, he releases the momentum he built up to move with superhuman speed towards his enemies in a straight line, causing them great damage because of the built up strength and greatly increased speed.
-Bounce: Jinjen curls himself and performs a jump on the air. Then, as he falls, he strikes his enemies from above. It can also be used to dodge attacks.
-Instant Bounce: Jinjen curls himself and starts rolling around himself, not moving at all, but building up momentum for a post. Afterwards, he releases the momentum he built up to propel himself high on the air and start bouncing around the area up and down, hitting his enemies from the sky and causing them great damage because of the increased speed and strength of the attack due to the momentum.
