The sunlight enters through the user's skin into their veins and goes all the way to their heart and muscles giving the user a boost of energy and stronger muscles.

absorbing light cant make you stronger... "energy" is far less generic as your thinking, your eluding to photosynthetic ability but that wouldn't make you stronger either, it would only provide calories
