But I'm used to this,

Everyone I've ever cared for,
Left me in the dark,
All by myself,

It was silly from me to believe otherwise,
To hope that you would stay.

Life doesn't change from me,
I see another beloved person go.

Just one thing, why are people voting negatively for this? I mean, I'm writing a poem to express myself, and I thought that the creative writing section was for that, so why is it like this? I didn't know that people couldn't write poems anymore. What's the meaning of this if not then? And why vote negatively in the comment Cob made? :I

Who the hell would downvote this? It's bullshit. The point of writing this is to be a cathartic release of negative emotions, not something to seek your approval. It's damn childish to even voice your opinion when it has nothing to do with you. My condolences go to Lost.
