These are not "weapons" but chemicals.  They can be added to weapons. Like a chemical bomb, injected offensively, coated to a weapon....

Chemical name: Gama endorphin
description:
Base form it is a vibrant (neo) opaque grey liquid silver lines swirl through compound with out pattern.  Basically it is very distinct color liquid that doesn't mirror other that would normally be found or created.

Under Vetex (separate custom) influence it is called Creed and this is also the drugs street name: retains its normal color excpect the silver becomes a shiny black that moves violently and fast.

What it does: It increases endorphins to high levels.  . This special cocktail makes it difficult to control the body and devil fruit users to control their powers. The devil fruit power will either fail completely to activate or result in some comedic like affect. For devil fruits that are always active they will stay active but you can't control it like normal or use most techniques 1 post to take affect 6 post duration.  It doesn't power them up DF or not the body. When used medically it last until treatment is done, with appropriate dosage.

In its base form it form it can function a field anesthesia or morphine substitute. Biggest difference is lack of withdraw.

This does everything endorphins and beta-endorphins would normally do to extreme.

history: Gama endogenous is morphine variant designed by Zalton designed over years (literally my absence). It was originally created for field anesthesia in order to keep patients awake and coherent without the side affects and possible withdraw/addiction.  During his course of research he decided that the revolutionary compound should be made available to world.   Being the proud man he is Zalton could not give his formula to world.  He decided to make a variant that would cause those subjected to it to be dependent so that he could benefit financially.

Chemical name: Vertex
description: A neon black liquid it must be stored in sealed container or else its movement will cause it spill out and spread.  It doesn't move so much that it would damage a glass container.  It smells like sewage but when mixed with an appropriate amount of Gama endorphin will make it smell of dirt.
What it does: Simply it makes Gama addictive. It combines with the body's blood encouraging its production. Tricks the system into thinking it is necessary function for this task.  Upon withdraw body starts shut down, for lack of blood production. The user of Creed will also suffer general withdraw system that come with any other street drug.

weapon name: Capsaicin shot
description:  It is an irritant for mammals, including humans, and produces a sensation of burning in any tissue with which it comes into contact. Pure capsaicin is a hydrophobic, colorless, odorless, crystalline to waxy compound.  If pure it is best used applied to a the surface of a weapon. Capsaicin is a highly irritant material requiring proper protective goggles, respirators, and proper hazardous material handling procedures. Capsaicin takes effect upon skin contact (irritant, sensitizer), eye contact (irritant), ingestion, and inhalation (lung irritant, lung sensitizer).   Only a doctor would have these.
