What exactly does "sapping poison" do? I don't think something can be permanently coated with a poison like that, either. How is the poison replenished?

the poison must be replenished before every thread and 20 posts into every thread in order to be effective sapping poison being the only type allowed on the threads that I'm aware of making them dizzy and making it harder to move this is in effect for 10 posts
