| Weapon name: Tenshi Katana: Safaia Yaiba. (Commonly called: "The Sapphire Blade") Description: The safaia yaiba is a legendary blade from a myth. The sword, from pomel to tip of the blade is 94 centimeters long and slightly curved. The katana's different parts are special themselves: Pommel: The pommel of this tenshi katana has a sapphire incrusted in it, and this is covered by a layer of resistant resin that protects it. Handle: the wood of the handle that is covered by the cord wrap is special, it is a very dark and resistant wood that seems to be unbreakable (it is extremely hard and from unknown origins [the blade was crafted in a sky island, so it will be explained later]) and this wood has lots and lots of little, small sapphires incrusted in it that can be seen in the exposed parts of this wood. (The sapphires arent sharp and dont hurt the user of the blade since they are incrusted). Cord Wrap: The cord wrap of the handle is unique, it is silver-white colored and it has the drawing of a long sea serpent that follows all the wrap and finished at the guard of the katana. (the guard is the rounded part that separates handle from blade, for more info check this link: Katana Parts) This dragon is of a dark blue color. Guard: The guard of this katana is made of seastone (ONLY THE GUARD) and has five small sapphires incrusted in it that face the blade's side of the katana. Blade: The blade of the katana is slightly curved and is very perfect. It's edge is one of the sharpest edges in the world and the hardness of the blade is of the highest grade you could ever find. As it is a sword that comes from the sky islands it is made from an alloy of the two hardest and durable metals from there, making an almost completely unbreakable swords unless it is put under extreme pressure and heat, which will end up making it bend and break. (but for this it is needed EXTREMELY HIGH temperatures and pressure). The blade was forged together with a bluish mineral, this combined with the other metals that give a silver color give a beautiful lightblueish-silver color that give the blade it's name of the saphire blade. When light hits the sword, a shade that resembles a pair of wings can be seen in the sides of the katana (one on each side). This shade is of a blood red color. Weapon special abilities: This katana doesnt have any special power more than being extremely durable, sharp and having one of the highest grades (if not the highest). The sword is said to hold the spirit of an angel and that it gives it user the ability of fluidness (the ability to move quickly, flex parts of the body easily and dodge attacks easie for increased spped), although it is suspected that this is just a psychological effect that the brain believes, but doesnt have a real explanation. An oral traditional legend from the grandline says that a shaman (considered something like a witch) blacksmith from one of the sky islands was in love with a pair of twins. More than being in love with them she considered them as goddeses of the tribe. The two twins had opposite personalities: one was kind hearted, trained to fight as fluid and flexible as the water, protector of nature she taught all the children from the village to protect nature, since it was their source of life. On the other hand, her identical twin was a very bold person that was trained to be as dangerous, unpredictable and strong as fire, but strong as the rock; protector of the life and human creations, she remembered the people from the village that they had to take care of their health and that they had fought for what they were.
Both of them were daughters of the tribe's leader and his wife, they were their pride and joy and were trained and brought up with a great education since they were little girls so they would be amazingly good persons. But there was one man that wasn't happy about it, the shaman(who was a blacksmith) of the tribe wold be heir to the throne if they died, so to have his vengeance he forged two swords of the best quality you could ever find, their decorations based on each of the twin's personalites. He, with each blade, had to follow each twin to a place they wouldnt notice him, and slash some part of her body so blood poured to the blade. Having done this covered with a mask and with gloves, he called both the twins at the same time and showed her the swords, which each of them recognized as the swords that had cut them.
(This specie of skylander's had very developed wings, probably like developed skypeans. Possible with IQ plants.)
He told them that the blades had absorbed each of their respective souls, and the first person that touched them directly with a bare hand was going to be able to control the twin's spirit and body, so they took the blades from him, each of the sisters stealing her own sword and the shaman laughed on the floor, in a machiavellian way. They had to hide the swords so that no one could find them and they could be free for ever, even if they were bonded to the katanas. They separated and flew with their wings the the blue seas, trying to look for somewhere to hide their soul.
Legend of the Sapphire Blade: - Spoiler:
The sister that was kind hearted and protector of nature went down to the oceans to try and hide her soul inside that sword somehow, and in the middle of the night, a man in a boat saw her in the middle of a stormy night. The man was almost dead because he had no food supplies and was alone in the middle of the grandline, he didnt know where. But when she saw the angel, the angel with a sword in the hand, he thought he was saved.
The angel approached the boat, looking around, not really seeing it as the man needed help, she was looking for somewhere to hide her spirit. The man tried to touch the sword and get it for himself... it had beautiful sapphires. But when the angelic girl noticed it, she dropped the katana to the middle of the ocean, it sinking into it away from sight. The angel twin flew away into the skies again, then. This man survived the storm and passed this legend to his friends and family, who started to spread it.
True side: - Spoiler:
This is a legend but actually happened like this, the twins believing that her souls were really bonded to the katana's an hid them from any human or similar specie that could touch it with bare hands. The katana was pulled away by sea currents and ended up in an underwater cave laberynth, where only a few could dive and find it.

Make sure that this weapon's special ability stays a psychological effect, and you're golden.
