History: he was born as a spoiled brat in the Mariejoa, he was raised as a world nobel and got everything he pointed at, for his 10th birthday his parrents only gave him two presents, one was a place at the marine academy, wich he had allways wanted, the other thing he got was a devil fruit, and he was told not to eat it until he had compleated on year at the academy, so he did as he was told, while he was at the academy he got the nickname the pheonix because of his will to never give up in a battle he stood up every time he got knocked down like the phoenix when it raises form the ash. While training at the academy he only got hurt twice, other than that he was never injured, the burn mark on his knuckle was when he decided that he was stronger than one of the teachers, and chalenged him to a match this was befor he found out he was a Logia type user who used the flame flame fruit, he got the mark when the teacher tried to punch him and he dodged, but the flaming fist touched his knuckle, the other scar he has on his throat, was on his first try on the battle field exame, they where put into a real life battle field and Benjamin got panick and was struck down by a marine dressed as a pirates, the cutlass cut his throat so he almost die from blood lost but he survived. After one year he had already learned how to do the soru and tekkai, one night he sat on his bed thinking of the promis he had made to his parrents, it had been one year since he had started, so that night he became a df user, in the following years he trained his new df powers and after 10 years of intence training he gratuated form the marine academy, after that he went on a trawel for about 4 years, and he is still traweling.
Personality: he is a very serious man, he takes everything he sees and hears like serious buisness, he is also a little paranoid, he thinks one third of the worlds population is after him, when it comes to fighting he is very gentle, he tries to dissableand not kill every pirate he sees, but sometimee it is needed, when it comes to food he eats everything, he eat what ever he gets served, even though it taste as shit, he has been learned that "eat what you can when you can you never know what meal is going to be last" he is stubborn when it comes to batteling, he never gives up, when he is knocked down he stands up and refuses to give up.
He is only afraid of two things, one of them is Water understandable since he is a devil fruit user, the other thing is small places, he is claustrophobic, he has one weakness, he has such a big compasion for kittens and puppies, that when he sees one he just have to go over and hug it and pet it.
