Shiro

Description: A white fur cap with a pattern of fangs across the top and running down the sides, making the hat look like it has a giant mouth with loads of sharp teeth. Since it was fed the Inu Inu no Mi: Model White Wolf, it technically does when it feels like it.

Weapon special abilities: To turn into a half and full zoan, which is essentially a large wolf with thick white fur. Capable of anything one would expect from a wolf.

Shiro's half zoan state is a bit of an oddity, being a hat originally. Shiro effectively turns selective body parts into their wolf state, leaving the rest in its hat form. While the full zoan form is generally better for prolonged fighting, being much sturdier than fabric, most people do not expect a hat to suddenly sprout a clawed paw and slash them down, or for said hat to serve as an early warning system for its owner with its sharp senses.

There are two benefits to staying in half-zoan form though, besides being light enough to ride on Amanita; while one is more vulnerable to being cut, blunt force damage is fairly pointless - it's a wolf made of fabric, what's smashing it going to do? Also, along the lightness lines, Shiro is much faster as a half-zoan, not much heavier than a hat, but with the strength of a wolf.

Depending on the person, seeing a wolf clearly made out of tough fabric charging them might be ridiculous enough for them to drop their guard, or laugh too much and get cramps.

History: During the years as an agent, Amanita became bored during the waiting periods on her missions, when she had nothing to do really. She desired someone to talk to, but her other agents were either too busy, or not very sociable, if not both. So, she decided to get a pet, one that she could easily keep with her even on missions. So, she borrowed a zoan fruit, and convinced some of the Government scientists to convert her hat into a zoan "weapon." Fortunately, by this time she had enough value that her superiors were willing to bend to her occasional insane requests, and she did technically provide an actual use besides a furry pet; with a wolf's senses, she could track people easier.
