History: was born in Enies Lobby his parents where fish men sharks, his father was a part of a secret special squad named The Fire Fish, composing of only fish men, this squad was working for the WG, the reason the WG made this squad was because they wanted a alliance with the fishmen, and they also understood the power that the fishmen had, the major reason was they could assassinate people out on the seas without using a ship alerting everyone, so the world goverment made the this squad as a trial project to see if it was usefull, Marcuses father was the strongest of all in the The Fire Fish and he wanted his son to be like him and continue the legacy, so started to train Marcus at the age of 5, his father was training him to be a person, at the age of 10 Marcus began at the marine academy and failed everything but two subjects fighting class and sniping class, he was mercy less to the class mates, the worst injury he ever gave a class mate was two broken Legs, two broken arms, three decapitated fingers and a fractured skull, in sniping class he got A all the time, but that wasn't enough to keep him in school, so he was expelled from the marine school at the age of 15, and his father banished him from the family, for bringing shame on the family he was never to return, after that Marcus ran away to water 7, the escape was kind of hairy, he was followed by the 3 strongest guys from the Fire Fish(except for his father) on the water train, he fought all of them using the Rankyaku, but it was his sniping skills what gave him his victory and his bounty and this also made the WG close down The Fire Fish which lead to Marcus's family's death.
When he got to water 7, he was hired as sniper for a mafia family called The Seniora Cirkovas, but after working for the family for 5 years he found out that he didn't like the boss, and that he got paid to low without any raise, so one night he snuck into the bosses bedroom and used a combination of the Rankyaku technique learned at the marine academy and his sniping skills, and took care of the boss, after the rest of the family found out he was selected to be the new boss, he is still in water 7 as the new mafia boss.

Personality: he is a mercy less sniper that kills everyone coming in his way, he has but one soft spot and that is for the ladies, when he sees one he turns from a mercy less sniper, to a first class gentlemen, other than that he is nothing but pure evil all the way to the bone, he likes nothing, and hates everything, when it comes to food he eats only vegetarian meals, he is not afraid of anything, except for the ghosts and zombies, the reason is that they cannot be killed, and it scares him, he freaks out if he sees a zombie or ghost.

Special Abilities: Rankyaku, is super-fast under water, his sniping skills is maximum, he can shoot a needle through a button hole from 3 meters away, when it comes to physical strength, he can punch through solid rock.

There is no CP10. Also, the world government is quite racist, and would be loath to accept fishmen in it. A super secret fishman government agent makes little sense. This also means you'll have to think of something else for the acquisition of the rokushiki techs.

Fishmen hybridized from two species of fish do not exist. You're either a shark fishman or a blowfish fishman, not both. Parents from two different fishman "versions" do not create a hybrid of them both, as was explained in the Fishman Island arc.

Your special abilities should list the characters ability in sniping, as well as strength levels and such. Keep in mind that if you do not list something in special abilities, your ability in that field is perfectly average.

Finally, the poison is NOT ok. While it does not kill, it automatically disables a character in one hit for two months, making them unplayable and effectively letting you autowin if you hit someone with it. That ability is out.
