I'm going to do a bit of imagining before I try this character again.

how can he transform in to a dragon of he has "none" under devil fruit?

Well first, he can only transform into a part dragon hybrid. It is an incomplete transformation as it only adds black scales to his body and gives him claws as well as enhances his physical abilities. I forgot to note that his scales are not bulletproof and do not resist weapons of any kind. Only his claws are hard enough to block swords (I think i'll edit that in). I stated several times that he is a special kind of modified human in which he was implanted at birth with parts from a Sennenryu.

I know my position is a bit hard to defend but I made this character with one argument in mind: "If scientists at this time can create completely functional robots and cyborgs at this point, why not genetically modified humans?"

It's been done before, buddy. Why not just make him an iq enhanced human? Could justify this transformation, though I think it might make his human form less human...

I decided to comply to the conditions set by the admins and made "Wrath" an IQ enhanced human. I did, however, choose to keep the genetic modifications.

ANY weapon ey? even devil fruit weapons, weapons made of diamond, the highest grade swords that habitually cut steel, cannons, artillery shells, flamethrowers and EVERY other weapon?

I said in the description that he can only block Normal Weapons. This entitles common grade weapons that have had no major modifications and are not enhanced in any way by any special powers.

I will make it clear here. It does NOT include projectiles (missiles, bullets, arrows, etc.). He CANNOT block weapons of explosive nature or those that shoot intangible objects.
