Appearance: Rytsher is muscular, has thick, black, spicky and curly hair which goes to any direction, specially up.
He is 2 meter high, octopus man, he has 6 arms which was 3 each side, and two legs, his skin is a toxic purple color that is covered with scars from fishing hooks. He usually wears green shorts that go down to his knee, a blue and white stripped t-shirt and black shoes. He usually wears black sun glasses and wears a guitar

History: was born a fishman in the south blue, from child hood he has loved the sound of music, so at the age of 10 he left the sea and went all over the world to listen to music, but he had one problem he was always on the run from persons in white jackets for no reason, so he has never seen an entire consert, but at the age of 12 he had had enought, so he hid under water in 10 years training his strenght to the maximum of what the body could take he also increased his speed, then he went to the surface, from ther he searched for 1 year after the guys who hunted him down as a kid, and without mercy he killed them in cold blood, then he looked at a symbol they had on their jackets, they where from the marine when they where taken down, it would be natural that he now wanted to see a consert, but after learning that the marines had been hunting him he only wanted to get revenge with the power of music.
at the age of 30 he took down an entire marine base all by himself that's why he has such a big bounty.

Personality: He usually is a very happy person, likes being around people and is kind to everyone, except once he sees a Marine, or a ship from the Marine, his personality changes into a sadistic one and he tries to kill the marines, he'll do anything to kill every marine he sees, and if it's a ship, he'll do anything to sink it. When he's battling with other pirates he always puts his guitar safetly in front of his own, which shows how much he cares for it, and he always loves his guitar and takes care of it.
In his spare time he likes to practice on his guitar, practice notes and such.
When it comes to food he dislikes all sea based food, to him is eating sea food like canibalism, but all other types of food is ok to eat.
And he hates only one thing and that is rasists, if anyone tries to beat him just because he is a fishman, he wil try to kill the person who said it.

Explain the 'can make music from anything' ability.

No cure? Kind of extreme, and mildly overpowered. Besides, who on earth would bite you?

Marines aren't indiscriminate poachers, Kayzen, so his history makes little to no sense.

3km seems kind of excessive. You probably couldn't even target properly at that distance without a scope.

ok the tsunami on land works liek this he stands by the edge of the water and grabs it from there.
when it comes to the barrage thing, when he does that he hits the person at random places all over the body, but the 600 punches are aimed at the upper body.
and you are right about the 3 km thing, I can size it down to the half.

Approved then, and that tsunami is obviously unusable without a sufficiently large volume of water nearby.
