Effect: The Clone Clone Fruit allows it's eater to become a flawless copy of any person that they have touched before. The user's cloths remain the same as they were before he transformed, although this fact can also be changed with practice and better control of the fruit's powers. The user must achieve skin to skin contact with his target in order to add their form to his arsenal. While transformed, the user gains the strengths and weaknesses of whoever he is imitating, copying their body completely. This allows the user to change his strength, speed and even gender by choosing the right target to impersonate as. The user will suffer the normal weaknesses of having a devil fruit, which includes not being able to swim and become powerless when in contact with seastone. While under the effect of the fruit, the user won;t be able perform any action that his current body can't perform, even if he can perform them in his normal form. This includes fighting style and any other action that requires a level of strength or flexibility that the current body can't reach

0%: The user gains a weird ability to memorize the face of anyone he touches or touched, from the moment he ate the fruit., to the tiniest detail.
10%: By touching another person, the user may add their body to his arsenal, and imitate their form whenever he pleases. The user's stats will remain the same while only his physical appearance will change. At this point, the fruit's powers are only effective if the target is of the same sex as the user. The user can't transform to anyone who is more than a meter taller or shorter than he is and can't transform to anyone who's weight is higher or lower than his own by more than 50 kilograms. The user can't imitate the form of anyone who is not from the same race as he is. The user is also unable to imitate anyone who is 50 years older or younger than him.
20%: The user is now capable of adding people of the opposite sex to his arsenal, allowing him to change his gender when he imitates a target. The user is now capable of changing his form to anyone who is not 5 meters taller than him, regardless of weight or age.
30%: At this point the user's stats are changed when he is transformed. The Strength, Endurance, Speed and Agility stat values are changed and becomes the average between the user's original value and the target's value at the moment the user touched it.
40%: At this point the user is capable of taking the form of anyone he touched, regardless of height weight or gender. The user is still unable to imitate targets who are not of the same race as he is.
50%: The user is now capable of changing specific parts of his body, allowing him to imitate the best qualities of his targets.
60%: At this point the user's stats are completely altered when he is transformed, copying the stat values of whoever he is imitating at the moment he touched him or her. If a specific part is changed, the stat change will only apply to that certain body part. The stats that are altered when the user transforms are Strength, Speed, Endurance, Agility, Skill and Talent.
70%: The user is now capable of adding people to his arsenal by touching their clothes as well, making skin to skin contact unnecessary anymore. From now on, the user can choose to mimic his target's clothing when imitating them as well as their physics, making him capable of turning into a perfect copy of his target in all aspects. Any weapons or special items that the target was holding are not included, only basic clothing items are included such as: shirts, pants, gloves, shoes, scarves, basic jewelry etc. and any special abilities these items possessed aren't copied.
80%: At this point, the user may add targets who are not from the same race as he is to his arsenal. This includes sentient races, like giants and fishmen, and non-sentient races like different animals.
90%: At this point the user is capable of copying all of his target's stats. Stats such as tactical intelligence and the likes of which will not be copied unless the head is transformed. The user's charisma can't be boosted when he is changing specific parts of his body.
100%: The user becomes a complete master of his fruit, letting him add a chunk of a target's brain to his arsenal as well. This allows him to copy his target's fighting style or any other skill they can perform when he imitates them. The user will gain access to a target's technique list when he imitates it, allowing him to perform techniques of ranks that are up to one level below his target's level when he touched it. In order to do this, the user must change his whole body to that of his target. moves that require a certain devil fruit ability will be out of the user's reach. The user also gains access to his target's personality, making it much more easier to mimic it's behavior.
